Smelly room, tv not working, ac not working properly, room not cleaned properly, fan regulator is not working, bathroom is in bad condition, badsheet are not cleaned and blankets are smelly. There no food services available and not room service available. Even drinking water is not properly available. There is totally waste of money and i booked it through make my trip so is also a failure to provide a good service from the side of mm t mmt please unlistthis hotel from you app there. Is totally bad experience and i recommended to other people's please avoid this hotel, they need maintenance and advice serious to mm t please duelist this asap.

No tv available in room, no hot water in bathroom, no ac remote provided, ac was fixed at 18degree,

Room offered have so many bed bugs, another room changed at late night offered 3 bed room instead of 4 bed room. Changed another room which quite good.

Very bad hospitablity, very bad experiance room was very dirty no hot water, no restaurant facility.

The worst property i have ever stayed in. Rooms are smelly, the bathroom is unhygienic (seems like it has not been cleaned for ages. Hot water was opened after 1 hr of continuous request. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A guest house is rather better than this

Location is little inside from main road and not like as shown as walls are patchy and rooms are smelly from inside. Rooms were not cleaned and broken walls are there. Whole hotel seems shady. Poor amenities.

Considering the scratching heat, I had booked for one double bed AC Deluxe room. The rooms was a carpeted room, where the carpet was patched with vomits and ghurka spits. Toilets was not cleaned. The pictures shown and the reality has a hell and haven difference…..After check-in I requested the hotel manger to clean the room and the toilet and then we started our journey for Mata Vaishno Devi. When we come back in the middle of the night, neither the room was cleaned nor the AC was working. It’s pathetic to stay without AC. Upon asking, hotel person said AC does not work in generator… . I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Location is good. Staff is also cooperative. Rooms are spacious with 3 bed suffucient forv2+2. But property is not maintained properly. Facility like barhroomberc was nair good. There is no intercom to call for service. Every-time you havevto go to coynter as mobile prepaid is not working in jammu. For postpaid signal is poor. Hotel also not giving proper preparedness before chrckin. Whenever you ask they will provide. Any way they feel that hotel is only for slurping after vaishnomata darshan.

Clean rooms and room service are also available 24 hours. I am very happy to stay in aj international hotel and my whole family members are also happy with the hotel services. My check in is at 12 pm but the hotel management allows me to check in before the time of 8 am in the morning.

Rooms were worst specially. Was rooms the worst and service was horrible.

1- room service is very poor 2_ damaged taps, seepage walls, toilet, bath room cleanliness not maintained at all. 3_ rooms are not ready though we reached at hotel 3 pm 4- facilities written, something different.

They have stolen my lo-real shampoo and lo-real conditioner, which cost rs 2000. This very un appreciable. How makemytrip consider these type of hotel in there list? these hotel people are un reliable

Room not maintained, floor very dusty, curtains very dirty, no wardrobe, no dustbin. This stay of rs1621- is not of rs800- like stay. Very unsatisfactory, i will not recommend to anyone.
