Hotel Ajmer Tower

Rooms were spacious, but building maintenance is not done properly. No bucket & other basic things provided.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell. I had to request room freshener at least 10 times before they finally sprayed it. Despite breakfast being included in my package, I asked them at 9:30 AM to prepare it early as I had a train at 12 PM. Even after repeated follow-ups, they told me at 11:30 AM that they hadn’t even arranged basic items like bread. I had to leave the hotel without having breakfast. Very poor service, completely unprofessional staff, and zero value for money. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

unsafe and horrible experience at the hotel, BAR is above the hotel, seelan on all the walls, unhigenek bedsheets with Body hair, there on.

good stay don't feel shy to ask for things. it's near to railway station no need for auto if u have less language

We had a worst experience on this hotel as their service is very bad . There serving for breakfast is very poor which we eat like eating beside a railway platform . No table No Plate .

The hotel building is quite old. Washrooms need maintenance. Geyser wasn't working. Lot of sepent in walls. No towel, soap, shampoo, moisturiser they will provide until you are going to ask for it. Worst experience. I stayed for barely 7 hours only and wasn't happy

Great Place go stay close to Dargah Shareef Close to Railway station, Shankar Kachori and Ajmer fort.

Hotel rooms were not cleaned and bed sheets provided having blood stains. Disappointed with this.

During night check in, hotel phone number was not available in service. Check out at 12:00 am even if you arrive at 3:00 am, whereas late check out facility was guaranteed at the time of booking. Would definitely not like to go again.

dirty linen dirty floor smelly towels open water bottles untidy room worst of all...current leakage in the shower and no ventilation at all The approach to the hotel is in pathetic condition with the same lift shared by people going to the bar also. when you enter the hotel in the evenings, you may find drunkards loitering

Ajmer hotel is ok, but not good. As inside room clean outside surrounding is not as much as clean. Kitchen we didn't seen. Food meanu available but it's hand written and costlier. No drinking water available we have to purchase water bottle. Complementary no kit(tooth brush brush, pest and shaving kit) available. Regarding safety point of view no emergency exit as staircase not available only old elevator is in working condition don't no when it can off. Hotel building is very very old. As we spend money by watching given picture but it's not true picture used for advertising is taken at the time of inogration. Over all hote is just ok.

The hotel entrance is shaddy, dirty and broken signs, when we came the lift was not working, the lift was in very bad condition, buttons coming out. Hotel was dirty, floors were unclean and garbage can be seen in main hotel pathways, the linens were filled with stains. The staff was though helpful, food was also good. Overall it is a 2 star category hotel, not worth the penny for the kind of rating it has been given it looks like a paid rating, Highly not recommended for families.

Courteous staff. Very child friendly. We stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights. It was very good experience. Food was good.

all casual. need much more improvement. overall a ok ok stay. the lift used ro take years to move you for 1st Floor itself. not at all recommended
