HOTEL AK SUITES

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I was unfairly charged for a so-called "stain" on the bedsheet, which was neither serious nor intentional. Instead of handling it politely, the staff insisted on adding unnecessary charges without proper verification or explanation. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poor customer service and unprofessional management. I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never experienced such an unreasonable charge. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone looking for a fair and honest hospitality experience.

It was a pleasant surprise staying in this hotel . Outside may not be impressive but rooms were clean with fineness and service was excellent. The staff was extremely courteous. There is no restaurant but in room service food quality was great with rates very reasonable. Nearby market is there and above all just 500 meters away horticulture big park is there where we can go for a walk or jog. Value for money for a short stay and local sight seeing wherein one would like to save money in fancy resorts.

Good service and good food and they provide me early breakfast when I required that time overall good stay

awesome stay , polite staff, delicious food and clean room near to Mall and temple and local market

Good rooms, speedy room service. No issues as such. just one thing, the bathroom jet showers have too much pressure, please look into that

My stay in Hotel AK suite was very comfortable and I am enjoyed the Nice foods in hotel. Hotel Service is very good. Hotel staff is very Nice.

Very Bad Experience....food quality 0/10... no restaurant....towel and basic things in a very bad quality also black spot in towels...washroom and amenities expired

The location might be a tad bit difficult to get to but otherwise it’s good. The Rooms are good, clean, service is great and the staff is helpful. Overall a good stay.

Parking was not available. Breakfast was included and they charged for toast ordered by us as they only give limited dishes in breakfast. This is pathetic.

The staff of the hotel was very nice and the food is also good. Amenities were very good and the cleanliness was great too. Overall experience was great with hotel.

The rooms were little messy and paint of the walls was coming off, fans were covered with dust, i booked the suite room but it was definitely not looking like suite room the shelves shown in pictures were more organized and well painted i could clearly see the cracks in the paint below the shelves and the washroom was not well cleaned as well. I have visited this property many times 2 year ago and i could say it definitely that no renovation was done in the last 2 years. I had a issue with the electrical cattle and i even called the reception about it, they sent a guy to check it he took the cattle saying it’s not working he will change it but he came back with the same catlle after 10 minutes saying it was not wired correctly to the socket and i spent 15 minutes again to heat up my water but still it was not working. They had a clear problem with their parking as in 23 hours of my stay i was called 4 times to take my car out as they were not making the parking properly. I had to go to some place at 1 and i even left my room 15 minutes ago some random person parked his car on the back and i was not able to take my car out after 10 minutes the security gaurd came and said it’s another guest who had came to the property. It’s his duty to make sure that cars are parked in proper manner as they don’t have any vallet there. Overall it was a 40/60 experience for me. 40% of the time was very disappointing for me. I hope they sort out this issue clearly as they are charging almost same as other property for their suite room but the servics they are providing are not upto the mark.

Be it food, service or cleaning, everything at the hotel was superb. I strongly recommend trying this place if you need to stay during your visit to patiala.
