Hotel Akash Sarovar

I stayed for one night and the food quality was excellent, though the bed sheets were not that clean but after complaint were changed immediately. The food quality was good though in breakfast they could have more options in fruit. The overall location of the Hotel Akash Sarovar is excellent as it is facing saheb bandh lake giving guests something to enjoy and cherish. It is 10-15 minutes from railway station and it has an outlet of foreign liquor also, so if someone doesn't want to go to the bar he can purchase his choice of drink from this outlet at mrp. They also provide you with a complimentary tea making unit with required tea bags and milk powder sugar etc. The executive room has a decent size bathroom as well.

Hotel was very good, clean, well maintained - room, dinning area, lobby. Only they have some issues with water lines and fittings, that they need to look into. Food was delicious and breakfast options were plenty and very very good quality. All staffs including restaurant staffs are very nice, helpful and attentive. They allowed us for early check-in, and responded to any issues promptly. Overall we had a very good experience staying there and recommend others to stay in this Hotel Akash Sarovar when in purulia.
Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Only there was some flies on the first day, but after that they took care of it.

The rooms are all lake facing except premium deluxe rooms, though the back side view is also very good as it looks down a large part of the city. The rooms are well equipped with all the facilities. Rooms are well maintained and clean. The highlight of the Hotel Akash Sarovar is its staff, they are excellent in their service and courteous. Foods are all tasty including breakfast and the prices are reasonable enough. If possible, choose lake facing rooms, you ll enjoy every moment of stay there. One thing that I would like to mention is that the Hotel Akash Sarovar has good security and absolutely safe for solo woman travellers.

I booked 2 rooms at Hotel Akash Sarvor . The Hotel Akash Sarovar is really good at this price . I liked it because they provided me with big rooms and big size windows in Sarvor views. The toilet is also big with hot and cold water options. They also provided electric kettle with tea bags along with milk and sugar. Moreover , the complimentary breakfast was too good, there was a lot of food, if you tested all the foods eventually you could skip lunch as well . The AJODHYA PAHAR will take around 45 kilometers from the Hotel Akash Sarovar. My overall experience was good. I would give 4.5 out of 5 . Sajal Ganguli

I believe this is the best available option for a comfortable stay in Purulia, which is good 'Value for Money'. And booking through Makemytrip has given me excellent deal. The stay was comfortable, and the food was excellent. I didn't expect quality chinese or tandoor food, but I was wrong in my assumption. I had tasted Chicken Reshmi Kebab (photograph attached) and Chinese Chopsey and the taste and the presentation was excellent. Kudos to the Hotel Akash Sarovar management for getting such good Chef. I am sold out on the quality of the food and the value for money deal which Makemytrip has given me.

Food aspect is also good. Stay was excellent. Some noise was there due to some renovation work is going on. Hopefully, same will not be there after some time. Overall stay was very good.
Complimentary break fast has to be provided instead of optional. A Hotel of such quality aspect has to be looked into this small but essential aspect. Room size, view, front desk staffs, car provider with excellent driver (not only his driving quality but his behavior, knowledge about the tourist spots, explanation all are noticeable and his name is Mr Raju. A very special thanks to Mr Raju.

For one night I have spent Rs. 3265/- for single occupancy with complimentary breakfast though the room was quite big with all type of facilities but the washroom was quite dirty and water gets accumulated and smells a lot. Linens has been changed upon request and the walls of the room is having Gutka stains. It is a clear case of bad house keeping though the room & wash room is having every possible facilities. Even the corridor & lift of the Hotel Akash Sarovar needs proper house keeping. Complimentary breakfast was very limited with chola datura, idli, bread, juice, eggs.

I am really speechless with the hospitality of the Hotel Akash Sarovar. Each and everything in this Hotel Akash Sarovar is unique. The location is fantastic just in front of the serenity of the big lake. This also gives a great opportunity for a morning walk in this rapturously divine environment. The behaviour of each and every staff starting from the owner Banti, receptionists or even the attendants is very courteous. They will offer you a godly smile which assures you that they are there to help you. The food is also superb.

I am stay super deluxe room, this room view was so nice. Food was very nice & test full, Staff was very helpful & well behavior, Thank you very much. I am defiantly come next time with family. Service was also very good. Well Cleanliness. Room have so many facility.

Good experience and surely recommend to other colleague, food is also very good, I like the service of the Hotel Akash Sarovar also. I need to give one suggestion regarding the bathroom, it should be more hygenic and clean.

It is 2nd time i am staying at this Hotel Akash Sarovar. It is located at the heart of the city near with easy accessibility of bus stand, markets, govt offices etc. It offers a great lake view and garden view from it's different rooms. All the basic amenities are the in the rooms. They offer complimentary breakfast. Staffs are well mannered. Overall it was a nice stay.

It was a fantastic experience of staying in this Hotel Akash Sarovar. First of all is the location of this Hotel Akash Sarovar which is just in front of big famous lake of Purulia. Secondly the view from the windows of the lake full of with lotus

Good location, clean room. Good plece to stay for family as well as if your going on a business meet. People from house keeping and room service are also pro active. Food quality in not bad. Over all a mentionable experience.

Clean bed linen and clean toilet. Excellent housekeeping and no complaint about their service. You get cheaper transport ( toto to reach Railway station and bus station ). Main market is walking distance only.
