Decent experience with food but very good hospitality and assistance from the staff. Location is the only factor that bothers many people. So consider accordingly
Had did bulk booking for a marriage function and the overall stay is excellent. Kudos to the team for maintaining good sanitation which is especially a must factor during this covid time. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly. Many reviews said the Hotel Aksharadha location is not close to the city and provided low rating which is true. This Hotel Aksharadha is not within city. So plan accordingly. But otherwise this is best Hotel Aksharadha in villianur

Apart from the location, everything is good about this Hotel Aksharadha. I am not a person who expects a lot from the Hotel Aksharadha. So all the services that were provided, were an add on. The staff is good. All are english speaking, so communication was not at all a problem. The restaurant food is good and easy on the pocket. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Simple food. Overall a very nice Hotel Aksharadha for medium budget stay.

The room was very neat and clean. Hotel premises are well maintained. Staff is courteous and very prompt if requested for some service. The attached restaurant serves good food. Buffet breakfast is complementary - only on the Sat of my stay not the Friday. The only downside I saw was that the Hotel Aksharadha is approx 8 - 10 km from the beach, so you need to go through the city traffic.

Room was really clean and hygiene. Staffs were also good and responsiveness was ok. Food taste was really ultimate and delicious. Per day i paid around 3k and stayed for 2 days. I would request Hotel Aksharadha management to cut down price to 2500 per night. I recommend people to chose this if your budget is 3k. Thank you for the service.

There was not veg restaurant in Hotel Aksharadha, instead opposite of the Hotel Aksharadha they have a public restaurant but was horrible service. Only self service, I waited 20mnts for my breakfast but still they can't provide and I got back my cash n went other Hotel Aksharadha to eat.
Room and bathroom both were very small.

Hotel is quite out of town but don't worry about that because you can easily get connected to Pondy within 15 min. Wherever you want to go this place so easy for that. Hotel is really quite decent. Have parking area. Service are good one. Don't hesitate it's good Hotel Aksharadha in Pondy, location is not hurdle.

I travelled Pondicherry for two days along with my family we stayed in the Hotel Aksharadha for two days. Food was superb, ambiance is good, help desk was friendly. It's easily accessible which is closely connected to highway. The room are clean & tidy. The staff there was very co operative.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi available. Service was very good .. They went out of the way to make sure tourists are comfortable. Food was very good. Only disadvantage can be it's far location from central Pondicherry. Classy Hotel Aksharadha will strongly recommend.

It good place for stay, only draw back is far away from Pondy apart from this all good. Overall place is nice to stay. Hotel is so cool and parking is located basement. We have nice time to stay.

The Hotel Aksharadha is away from the main city which makes it a ideal location. Different tourist spots are not very far from the Hotel Aksharadha. The Hotel Aksharadha customer service and food is good. Breakfast comes free on most of the bookings

. Though the location of this Hotel Aksharadha is far off from main town, the stay was pleasant. No commutation problems faced. Round the clock room service was available and was prompt in delivering the service.

A little care need to to taken in the cleanliness.

It's a little far away from main City or tourists place and Road/bridge under construction. Rest of thing is perfect

The maintenance should have been better Toilet had stains and the bed linen too It's a good property with good customer care MAINTAINANCE should definitely be improved
