Hotel Alfa Heritage Near TATA Memorial Hospital and Near Masina Hospital.

Hotel was good with pleasant atmosphere but rooms are very small no food option no water for drinking we have to purchase nothing complimentary good staff and budget friendly hotel for stay in Bombay

very poor,worst staff,small and very dirty room,there is no water in bathrooms,very exoensive rooms

The stay was very poor cockraches were roaming on bed, weid pungent smell was observed. Zero ventilationI would suggest never stay here

Location is central, but no proper amenities provided. Water was leaking from the ceiling cockroaches in cupboards.

Room was very short as expected AC was not in proper cooling condition toilet was dirty

Room was good and clean. Everything was working. Don't try to compare to big hotel rooms it will always fall short.

The property was terrible unlike the image rooms were like small storeroom there was no hygiene lots of cockroaches got allergy due to it terrible experience should ban then

The hotel is easy to access there are only 6 rooms and if they put more efforts for maintaining will definitely attract even above standard customers

the room in alfa we got was very congested and not even a window for that room but they didnt provide toothbrush or paste even drinking water also,when we asked for them for water they asked 40 rupees extra payment for one bottle very disappointed 😞😞😞

Full of cockroaches. If you want to stay you need to adjust with cockroaches, not even to pay 500.

Short rooms. .

Tap was not working, water was leaking from the bedroom ceiling, the bedsheet was not clean, and the shower was not working. Ac, fan and lights were working fine, overall it was not a good experience at the hotel alfa heritage.

Good hotel stay and comfortable price in mumbai central but food and breakfast is not available and tv is not working at room.

Rooms-the rooms were clean but it was not fumigated properly. There were lot of small bugs, cockroaches roaming around the floor. Bathroom is clean with hot water facility

This so called "bada room" which was given to me was not in the main building of hotel, it was behind hotel amid-st other residential place. It has been converted to room from a tin sheet home. After some time we got to know that we are not alone in room, there are cockroaches and spiders sharing this "bada room" with us. Not clean, spider webs in corners and bathroom. And since it had a tin roofing we could even hear the cats dancing on the roof in the night. Bathroom was smelly. I would not reccomend this to anyone. The price you pay, is to high for such a place. Photos shared are of when it was built and not the present condition. Dont get mislead by pictures.

Excellent staying and service is too good. The people are very cooporative i have experienced the staying with good notes
