Hotel Alka Inn

I had chosen this Hotel Alka Inn as i had to leave early in the morning around 4 o clock to ahmedabadab railway station to board a train which was scheduled at 5 am. Location - 1) didnt have any trouble in booking the cab as the driver was not hesitant. He mentioned that drivers do not prefer to come this side if it would have been deep inside than where this Hotel Alka Inn is. 2) autos are all time available from downstairs but i tried to book a car from app but was not successful. No one accepted the request. 3) stay - i stayed with my family. Rooms are not too spacious but perfect just for a short stay especially if you need to go to the railway station at odd time. 4) staff - cooperative.

I had selected this Hotel Alka Inn mainly for its proximity to ahmedabad railway station and the other nearby Hotel Alka Inns were already full. However duet o one way traffic in many roads, this place is really not that short from the rly station. The saving grace was small but clean rooms with caring staff. Their room service dinner was delicious but buffet breakfast was substandard. Wifi speed was very good. I had two stays (one night and 3 nights )withon a week. For the first case, they gave me a free upgrade to to the larger room which i had booked for 3 nights. Overall a very decent Hotel Alka Inn at competitive pricing.

In the heart of the city. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the Hotel Alka Inn was just 8 km from the airport and 3 km from the train station. Enjoyed the amenities and thought the Hotel Alka Inn's breakfast was nice. The Hotel Alka Inn is located close to the jama masjid, the sabarmati ashram, and the huthesing jain temple. Mirzapur street is also nearby, and there are many different types of street food within walking distance. Despite the fact that the Hotel Alka Inn is clean and hygienic, its location is truly unpleasant. The service upgraded the accommodation from ordinary to deluxe and was helpful and courteous

Our stay was only for one day there. Very good place for family to stay. Front office staff is very much friendly and informative as it was our first visit to ahemdabad and their leads helped us very much. Room and amenities, wash were super. Room service superb. Suggestion to make my trip to alot single room to family, especially parents with children above 12 years. In online booking families rooms are not available

The Hotel Alka Inn room was great. They upgraded me to executive suite. And the location is at very convenient spot, every major transport network is near.

The staff at alka inn was courteous and very helpful in checking me in. They made sure everything was working in the room and gave me advise to travel around the city.

The room is well maintained clean and hygiene. Property location is near to ahmedabad railway station. Late night and early morning staffs are available at reception. Hotel has provided all the kits of toiletries like dental, shaving kit, soaps, shampoo etc. Stay was good and pleasant they only thing is that they should provide mineral water bottle instead of ro water.

Property location is a bit doggy but once you get in very well maintained property excellent staff well maintained kitchen and rooms clean bedding and nice service will love to come again to this property
