Hotel Alka Palace

The place is in a very decent location in malviya nagar and is about 5 mins from durga railway station by auto and 10-12 minutes walk if you have light luggage. But you better take an auto to reach since it is about 1. 5 kms from station. This Hotel Alka Palace is better choice compared to places or Hotel Alka Palaces opposite railway station and few Hotel Alka Palaces near the malviya nagar circle which is close to railway station. Opposite railway station area is very bad. This Hotel Alka Palace is in better location and decent management. They don't have restaurant but arrange food from nearby Hotel Alka Palace 'mr. Idly' and its prices are decent. In the Hotel Alka Palace they have only pantry for tea/coffee and mineral water from 8am-8pm only. I enjoyed my stay there and will recommend it to families and couples.

The location is good as it's few meters away from railway station. The staffs were cooperative, cleanliness maintained though some of the material in the room looked warred off. Lift was there but not functioning? may be some renovation work going on. No restaurant so can't comment on room services and food. Charged extra for drinking water which they should have provided free or as compliment. Moreover, stayed only for a night so room services needed were not much.

Hotel alka is situated near to railway station durg. It's is good buget Hotel Alka Palace for stay. But there is no restaurant. Hotel is on main street and loavtion and surrounding is good. Hosting is also good. But for breakfast lunch dinner to to go out of Hotel Alka Palace upto 500 m towards railway station for good food restaurant.

Location is very good, near durga railway station, people can reach by walking only who loves to walk. Very affordable stay. I had never ever experienced so affordable price. Thank you. Only one thing has to improve. They are not providing drinking water, you have to carry the same. But property has to improve the system also.

The location of the Hotel Alka Palace is very good as it is on the main road. The behaviour of the staff was also very nice and whenever called for room service they attended the call and also did the needful. Even the cleanliness and hygiene was maintained. Overall really a good place to stay.

Hotel alka palace, durg is located at prime location from where all important points as rly station, bus stand are nearly located. At near, varios types of food plaza at affordable at affordable rate. Behaviour of deputed staff and overall service are excellent.

this property located very near to all required facilities like railway station, bus stand, market etc with having very good service in covid like social distance, hygiene, temperature check, सेनिटेशन etc rooms are spacious & clean and very comfortable for stay

Super hospitality nearby location to railway Station

Hotel staff is very cooperative and hote neet and clean. Staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent.

The room was very nice and the staff are also very nice& friendly. We are travelers if we have to go to durga again so we would like to prefer this Hotel Alka Palace.

Location is good, easy approach, clean and specious room, but some patches on wall occur. Need to be repairs, and service also poor need to be improved overall good Hotel Alka Palace.

The room was very good. It is near to railway station. Restaurant is nearby. Good services by Hotel Alka Palace and staff.

I was a good stay for 4 days. Rooms were clean, water was sufficient. All time electricity. Staffs were friendly. Will definitely recommend other to stay here.

The rooms and especially the bathrooms are very clean and hygienic. Only issue is the non availability of food but there are very good options around.
