Hotel Alka Premier

Booked a room for one day/night with complimentary breakfast. As I wasn't staying in the night and I was reaching early morning, so asked them for early check-in and same day check-out by 7pm. As I had breakfast option, the Hotel Alka Premier denied me the same and told me that I can take complimentary bf next day. Before check-in, I called the Hotel Alka Premier and checked on this thing. They agreed on the same thing. Room cleanliness was not good. Service was bad. Staff behaviour was bad.

We had booked deluxe room but we were given executive room which was very dingy. On repeated persistent insurance that this was not the room which was booked by us we were given the deluxe room which was fine. No restaurant facility is available in the Hotel Alka Premier. Average stay. Couple or family can avoid or better check in their other Hotel Alka Premier Alka classic which looked better than this property. The Hotel Alka Premier number given on make my trip voucher doesn't work.

Hotel location very excellent. As I booked through makemytrip I found this room at Rs900 per day per two person. But spending 2000 per day per 2 person is useless here. Bathroom is too small, old style. No room service available. Old window AC was fitted in my room and was not working properly, in fact after I put the AC in super cool mode & switch on the fan in high speed I was sleeping without blanket & without t-shirt. Location wise it's good but need to renovate a lot.

It was more than I expected, room was pretty huge for such a small amount that I paid. Good service as well. There was a balcony as well which was clean and nice. The only problem was there was no lift and no room service for food. It was good that they provided complimentary breakfast as well.

Located at prime location within New Delhi. This place is a must go for all. The service is amazingly good with very neat and clean rooms. Although the TV sets are quite old, you won't regret going there. It's absolutely value for money. Thank you Makemytrip team for a wonderful stay.

Hotel is located in central commercial part of Delhi. Very near to station and good area around for shopping and Transportation is easy. Room are spacious. Little smelly when entered room but later on it was fine. Looking at overall parameters, Hotel Alka Premier is value for money.

It was very good stay at Hotel Alka Premier alka premiere, food is very delicious and quality service is up to the mark, very nice location all near to market, Hotel Alka Premier staff is very nice and decent service is very good I will definitely stay here when comes to new Delhi

Excellent simple accommodation, yea kettle, geyser, facilities, excellent location and helpful staff.

Location wise superb. All the tourist spots are easily accessible and if you have party in mind that's the best location. But the rooms are bit old but basic amenities are available. Overall worth money.

Location for us was ideal as we had work near the same location. It was a short stay. Nice and good shopping area near by

Fantastik and very good service to Hotel Alka Premier but staff is not goint to any order to give my personal work yewterday told the give me pizza order say sir please gone and self service not any person to give outside the Hotel Alka Premier.

It is centrally located in delhi from where you can visit india gate, parliament house new as well as old, palika bazaar and new delhi railway station

Location is good. Heart of CP. It's very easy for shopping. Eating places. Go any direction . From location of this Hotel Alka Premier

The Hotel Alka Premier is clean, good customer service and was close to my writing center.

Room was OK but value for money they maintain not as 3 star and no food serve in room

Everything deserve a wow except heritage style of Air-Condition and TV in the room. Rest was a good and value for money. I will surely come back to this Hotel Alka Premier. But please provide more services like kitchen and icebox.

Hotel is good ... Cleanliness and bathroom could be improved. Location is really great. Close to CP and Barakhamba metro. If you just looking to spend a few days and want to live in CP you should try this Hotel Alka Premier out its worth it.

Good Hotel Alka Premier for business as well as tourist travelers, centrally located in upscale area, near to Railway station & walking distance from aero express station, which connects to air port. Good rooms, service & food. Overall a pleasant stay form me
