Hotel Alka Residency

I stayed at this property for 3 days, first two days we stayed in a super deluxe room and last day because of some booking glitch we had to book standard room which was comparatively smaller than the super deluxe room, overall the staff were friendly. Brekfast was good, room service was good too, it was a good stay. Just one little thing which bothered me was they didn't allowed us to stay for a little longer after the checkout time, but it's understandable. Apart from that the room, bathroom everything was neat and clean. Ac was working in both the rooms. Overall good and can stay here.

The location where the Hotel Alka Residency is situated is acceptable because everything is easily accessible including the transportation to be bus, cabs, trains, auto etc. Moreover, easy access to cinemas and other food cuisine at walkable distance. Hotel housekeeping is also good rooms service is good. Everything is good except the lift as it is very compact and hardly one person can stand with 2 piece luggage.

Awesome Hotel Alka Residency and clean rooms, very tasty food, all staffs are very polite and well mannered, front office managers are very helpful, fernandes and dayaram, other staff named monish is very helpful and polite, location is good in market, near to station, the Hotel Alka Residency has it 4 restaurants with 4 bars, please do stay here for a wonderful experience.

Check-in was seamless, with the friendly and efficient staff making me feel welcome right away. The check-in process was quick, and i was soon on my way to my room. The room i stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the room was equipped with all the modern amenities i needed

I was staying in the standard room of the Hotel Alka Residency. The room was good with all amenities in a working condition, except shower as the flow in the shower is too slow and you need at-least 15 to 20 minutes to complete your shower ! rest all was perfect and as per our expectations !

Rooms were hygienic. All facilities such as hot water, bathing, ac were available. House keeping staff was also good & supportive but sometimes late. Hotel food was unnecessarily costly. Tv was not working. But overall it was a good experience. The rent of the room is somewhat higher.

Good stay but by is take my wife return the key about 4 hours early.But we were wish to stay 6 more hours. But they have demanded huge amount for our extra stay for 4 hours. We both are seniors and they have not considered this even when our earlier room was still vacant.

I reached the hostel at 01. 30am. The check in even at odd hours was smooth. The room was clean, with ac, working tv. Geyser in the room for 24 hours hot water. Being located just outside thane station, travel is easy. Staff was cordeal. Recommendation for a short stay

Hotel staff is good and cooperative

Our stay was good, service by Hotel Alka Residency people was very satisfactory, but only concern is to repair the property as few things are broken, torn etc. Otherwise location is wonderful.

The Hotel Alka Residency is located just near the railway station that's a plus point. Room was fine, not extra ordinary. They have decent rooms. The only issue one can face is the low water pressure in tap and shower. Maybe they do it to save water.

Nice Hotel Alka Residency and rooms for staying staff was friendly but i was booked super deluxe room but their air conditioner not working properly means didn't cooled the surrounding temperature as per set point. Overall all good
