Hotel Alleviate

Hope I can give zero star to this property. Staff was very rude, room was not as shown in the picture. No mini bar and very disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect and easily accessible to everything nearby. The overall ambience, cleanliness, and service were top-class. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Clean rooms and good service. The buffet breakfast could be better, but overall it was a pleasant and decent stay.

Stay was average. Room quality was not as per expectations. Sunroof cafe was also not functional. Food was good.

Location is poor, not a shop nearby, no parking space, poor quality washroom items, not at all worth the tariff they are charging. Room was very small with no window, no ventilation, and no beam of outside light. With the price they have imposed.

Everything was Good. Room lightening, ventilation was not that good. Rooms could have been more clean. Staff was good and polite.

⭐ 1/5 — Worst & Most Irritating Hotel Experience Ever My stay at Hotel Alleviate was nothing but frustration. The staff is extremely unprofessional, non-cooperative. At check-out, even after I clearly informed them that I needed 20–25 minutes, they kept calling every 10–15 minutes and even sent their staff to the room again and again to push us out. I was traveling with a child, they could clearly see the struggle, yet they showed zero courtesy and zero humanity. And the most shocking part — when I finally reached the reception, they suddenly said, Sir, if you wanted late check-out, we could have given it till 12 PM. Really After repeatedly disturbing us for no reason This shows how unprofessional and their management is. Parking is another big lie. They claim to have parking, but there is no proper parking facility at all. Completely misleading. Breakfast was also extremely poor — low quality, tasteless, and not worth it. Another irritating incident: At night, when I asked for water, they asked, Which one do you want — RO water or mineral water? RO is free and mineral water is chargeable ₹66. Such a insensitive way of talking to guests. Overall, the hotel feels more like a place that guests instead of serving them. No professionalism, no manners, no hospitality — only ego and irritation. I would rate this hotel Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED for families, especially if you are traveling with children.

Nice property excellent location good food clean rooms and courteous staff

The hotel is very nice, with a good breakfast. The Red Fort is also nearby. The hotel is in a prime location, and the service is excellent.

Was awesome trip to Agra, clean hotel, clean room, and excellent food with great taste.
