It's a nice Hotel Aloka Residency. Location is just 3 minutes walking distance. Breakfast is good (I chose puri sabji). Staffs are very nice and helpful. Bathroom is clean and good, but small. Only objectionable thing is the room I have got was full of cigerette smell. Non smoking room option should be available while I am paying, for my family for one night.
