Room provided is terrible in condition, toilet is pathetic. Broken bathroom/toilet fixtures, rustic and stained washrooms, nasty/unhigenic, very poor toiletries, stained towels, bedsheets, quilt, pillows and coushions, nasty smell inide rooms/toilets. Service is very poor by room service/housekeeping/frontdesk. Dusty/filthy rooms and corridors. Recommendation

I recently stayed at this property, and it was a terrible experience. The AC was broken, making the room unbearably hot. The TV was either not working or in such bad condition that it was useless. There was no WiFi or even a landline in the room, which made it difficult to communicate or get any help. To make things worse, no toiletries were provided, and the bathroom was in a pathetic state with broken tiles. The overall maintenance of the room was extremely poor. For the price charged, this was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their facilities.

recently stayed at Amar Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a fantastic view. The amenities were excellent, and the breakfast spread was fresh and varied. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Hotel Alpines located in the center of Agra. Everything you need in regards to good restaurants, markets and the Taj Mahal is within walking distance. During our stay Samson and his team made sure we felt comfortable and welcome at all times. Staff is very polite and served us breakfast every morning, which is included in your stay. The room was clean and spacious, Aircon and hot water available through out your stay! The only point of improvement we found was our double bed, which consisted out of two single mattresses put together. If you’re looking for a safe, convenient and nice place in Agra, you should definitely stay here!

Room condition very bad

It is how it was. It was a worst experience staying in the hotel i booked You can see the rest in the pictures of my hotel room. the images of the hotel were quite good. But actually when i reached the hotel it was terrible experience. The actual inside view and conditions of the hotel room was quite different. It was not worthy of the amount i paid my bad experience

This hotel is one of my favourite hotel as it's location is pretty good 😊 and Rooms are very nice 💯 as well as I would really like to thanks Ms.Sweta who was there for me to help me everytime.

Hotel doors lock is very bad and no towel available in room and geyser not working drinking water not available in hotel. I didn't capture the image

First of all i went to hotel alpine, reception could not find my booking on their computer afterward they found that booking on other gmail. After confirmation of my booking they told me that rooms are not available at their hotel so that can shift me to another hotel which is areeba hotel at fatehabad road i didn't oppose bcz booking was non-refundable inspite of this mess they charged extra money for rickshaw. After reaching areeba hotel experience was totally devastating, there was no complimentary water bottle, kettle was not working and demand other kettle that was worse than previous. Room was not clean, bathroom and toilet seat was not clean. They provided towel after calling reception. I didn't expect so devastating experience by mmt. Totally hell.
