Rooms are very poor. Flush not working. Food menu is also not as per prices. Restaurant service is also not adequate.

room and toilet not tidy pillow very poor quality it was very thin very poor design of the rooms there was hygiene and cleanliness issues. Staff also was not in dress nor were they professional.

Hotel is very poorly maintained. Even bathroom tiles are normal and slippery and do not have anti-skid tiles. Rates of Tea of a Medium cup is 40 Rupees whereas In Etawah rates of Tea is 15 to 20. Hotel staff have even charged for water bottles which they initially provided during check-in that too in cash.

The bed and rooms were dirty, and the breakfast was poor. I was expecting a good room & services at this price point but I'm totally disappointed.

Great hospitality. Gm is very supportive.food is also good. Need little bit improvement in variety of items in breakfast

late night lift not working. Slightly over priced.Room and Bathroom clean. Situated main road.very much suitable for further journey by train.Near rlwy station

Hotel amenities are good but the behaviour of the staff is not hospitable.

Except for large room with working ac. Nothing met the expectations of a hotel stay. No amenities and towels in room (not even toilet paper, no mini-fridge, rude - without uniforms - untrained staff, food was just ok. The staff just knocks and enters the room - didn't feel secure in rooms and scary when with family! Breakfast - Just poori bhaji, curd, milkshake, tea, and banana. So I would not book with breakfast. Simply order a-la-carte. Hot water takes forever to come in taps. The electric kettle in the room is dirty and rusted. Lots of traffic and railway station noise. This hotel has one elevator which is the only good thing but had pan spit marks. No Covid related guidelines were followed. The bedsheet was less than the size of the mattress and keeps slipping - Very uncomfortable. The cheap blanket was available - Looked dirty. 2 pillows of small size are available. Not good when with family. Overall not worth. Should not be more than 1500 a night max.
