I am satisfied with rooms in Hotel Amar Palaces and amenities. Only 2-3 people are managing whole property but their nature is good. Only thing I didn't like about this property is it's location. It's on very steep height where it's impossible to go for old people. Even young people also struggling because the way is almost 60° steep from normal surface. One has to climb steep hill upwards upto 1 km in order to reach this property. If you have any luggage with you then think thrice going 60-70° uphill. It's situated on the way to Jakhu temple.

Hotel amar palace is an excellent place to stay with great food, spacious and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The manager, mr. Gulzar dar, is especially accommodating and helpful, always making sure we have everything we need and more. The food is delicious and always served fresh, and the room was spacious and modern. The staff was always willing to help and provide assistance with anything we needed. We highly recommend Hotel Amar Palace amar palace for anyone looking for a great stay in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Pros - 1- very nee t n clean room with west facing city/mountain view through windows. 2- owner is very supportive and nice person. 3- bathroom were also nee t n clean with hot water facilities. 4- good kitchen service @room. Cons - 1- one and only problem is Hotel Amar Palace location u have to cross mall road and after that, beside a famous church a way going towords jakhu temple is the only way to reach Hotel Amar Palace. Approx 500 meter distance in 30 to 40 degree movement in upward direction from church.

The stay was absolutely amazing. First off, the location of the Hotel Amar Palace is scenic, the services offered are pretty well (we were provided everything, even hot drinking water on request, rooms and washroom are neat and clean and lastly, the owner gulzar uncle was extremely helpful. He even arranged a cab for us while departing. The place is excellent for solo female travelers or a group of female travelers

This Hotel Amar Palace is behind christ church, a uphill road. You can not reach here by 4 wheeler. Even if you hire a four wheeler you have to take a detour of 5km. Minim-mum walk from dreamland Hotel Amar Palace 5-7 minutes. The Hotel Amar Palace provides good facility of rooms and kitchen service on call. Geysers are functional. Some rooms offer an excellent sunset view and night view of the shimla ridge.

Hotel Amar palace is an ideal place to stay if you're looking for a place where the mall road, christ church,the ridge and lakkar bazaar.. all the places are at walking distance. The Hotel Amar Palace staff is amazing, polite and really helpful. the Hotel Amar Palace is clean and the food here is delicious. I would highly recommend HOTEL AMAR PALACE.💗 it's a big thumbs up 👍👍👍

It is on the starting of jakhu temple road, therefore is on a bit height. Though not much distant from railway station but being on mall road area, need porter to carry luggage to the Hotel Amar Palace. View from window is great and most satisfying. Because Hotel Amar Palace food menu encluded nonvege, we opted for outside food. Sanitation was fine. Good behavior of staff.

Maintainance and basic improvement required. Too height not suitable for heart patients. Neither order supplied in time nor any reply.

Location is very prime and its near the ridge. Hotel family suite was too good. Staff is so supportive.

The Hotel Amar Palace and staff is too good. The view from room was really excellent. They support us every time and provide all important information to travel also they provide cab to us to explore city. The one drawback was they charge extra per night for heater. Overall experience was great. I really appreciate the Hotel Amar Palace staff nature.

rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, you can enjoy valley view with hot cup of tea or coffee. 24*7 water, you can enjoy hot water bath, you can also order food from your room. It's not much costlier. Staffs nature is very helping and familiar to everyone. You can ask about local place.
