Hotel Ambassador Retreat

Booked this Hotel Ambassador Retreat through MMT. Initially the room which was provided to us was not up to the mark. On our showing discontent over the matter, we were provided with a different room on 3rd floor, which was quite satisfactory. We stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights which was a pleasant experience. Although the no. of staff in the Hotel Ambassador Retreat were very few, but they are very courteous and sincere in their approach. The restaurant at the Hotel Ambassador Retreat was also very good with delicious food. I want to stay in the Hotel Ambassador Retreat in my future visits to Asansol.

Located close to the Asansol rail station ... 5 to 8 mins by auto .. (Rs 80) .. Next to the Gurudwara and Style bazar. On the main road ... Ample parking space ... We were in room 205. Had double bed with AC and running hot water and flat tv. Polite staff. Restaurant served good food. We had free breakfast in our stay package. Butter/ jam toast ... Puree/paratha with vegetables/poha ... Fruits ... Cornflakes milk tea coffee. Liked the Hotel Ambassador Retreat . It was not dusty but cleaning staff kept it neat and tidy.

Food is good. Location is also good. Service is very good.
Air conditioner remote was not working. I have told to service person, he said that he is going to send concern person, but that person did not came. Breakfast was good and service person is also professionals and well behaved. Room size is little bit small. Overall experience is good.

Located in the main got Road of coal city Asansol, this Hotel Ambassador Retreat offers all the amenities offered by any decent Hotel Ambassador Retreat . Hotel reception staff and room service staff were very co-operative. Also the Hotel Ambassador Retreat is located not too far from Asansol railway station that's an added advantage.

I am on regular business trip to Asansol & always prefer to stay at Asansol Retreat. The Ambassador Hotel is in a very good location, it is a centrally located. The service of each one staff is excellent. Specially the front desk staff & manager. The food quality also very good & also the complimentary break fast also very good.

Good location, food is nice and room service is fast. Loved the experience. People going for business purpose should avail this Hotel Ambassador Retreat service. And did I mention it is open 24/7 !! This is the part I loved the most. One night I returned at 2 p. M. Manager of the Hotel Ambassador Retreat was still awake.

I just stayed for a night at the Hotel Ambassador Retreat . The stay was good. The staff was courteous. The food was OK. The location of the Hotel Ambassador Retreat was nearby my work place hence it was an added advantage for me. Overall, the experience was good and it was value for money.

Rooms were good, toilet to be cleaned. Staff behavior and food quality is very nice.

Simply budget property. No amenities in the room except tv. Food was good. Advantage near Railway stn and bus stand. Check in check out smooth. Nothing special to mention. Good for overnight stay. Working lift. Staff are cooperative.

This is excellent Hotel Ambassador Retreat located centrally and providing all essential facilities and services with very customer friendly attitude. I will recommend this Hotel Ambassador Retreat anytime. Breakfast was also good. I wish I can stay for longer.

Location was good, service was prompt and well managed too.
As per the tariff the room should be little bigger, with free tea/coffee Ketel and water bottle should be complementary in accordance with the other Hotel Ambassador Retreat s with the similar charges.

The size of the room and bathroom was small.
