Except location of the property, everything was terrible and horrible. The services received from hotel staff was absolutely derogatory in nature. The room should not be termed as normal room at all but unfortunately it has been termed as deluxe room at the time of booking. We have found extreme level of dirt inside the room which was beyond imagination. Penal charge should be imposed against such services and property for providing absolutely misleading information during booking.

Pathetic experience. Hotel amber was not functioning. They then provided a nearby hotel named anchal. Untidy room, uncleaned bathroom plus dirty blankets! it's better to stay in railway waiting room than this one.

As we checked in the hotel, they made us to wait for id verification, kept my id. When we entered in room, it was dirty with not blanket at all. When asked for blanket, they provided us at 11pm after repeated request. They were very rude, not well behaved. I would not recommend anyone to check in that hotel. Really disappointed with the services.

Very bad experience since I paid for 3 bedroom and I got a double bed room for accommodating three adults. Hotel owner stated that this is the problem at MakeMyTrip end as MakeMyTrip charged for three persons and allotted you the accommodation suitable for two. I and my family suffered a lot and some how passed the night stay in said hotel.

Good hotel to stay overnight. Very close to Kalka Railway Station. It is very easy to catch up early morning train. Also easy access by road. Rooms are enough big for a comfortable stay. Overall a good hotel to stay.
