Location - On Highway - City Intersection Hotel- Well Maintained Staff- Well Behaved Food - Tasty, Value for Money

Room size is good. Little improvement required in terms of food taste. Room tea was not available. Hot water was coming from all taps which couldn’t be resolved. Needs improvement

Ambience was excellent, service up to the mark

Room was dull, very poor maintenance, room floor, wall, windows were not clean. ac not working, Wi Fi not working. Food was ok, but breakfast preparation was delayed. There was termites on door.

Location wise it is very nice, next to highway. Ample parking space. Rooms are spacious. Non-professional staff. Not much variety in breakfast. A.C water leakage, they provided a solution for complaining by providing a bucket below the AC where water droplets are available. But it is economical with respect to hotels in jharsuguda. Rooms having balcony also. On reminding they provided Water bottle.

It was really very neat and clean every amenity organised properly. It was wonderful in every respect, only issue is with door lock not working properly. Secondly inside the room light is very low. Needs more light in side room. Rest ohk. Staff co-operative. Not taken any photo

The staff was very cooperative and willing to serve always. The food here is best in quality and quality. I loved the ambiance and their green lawn for morning walking.
