Property was location while searching in MMT, location, Rooms and Food is excellent. Improvement requires in receptionist, before booking I have enquired about the GST Bill, receptionist said that it is available. when I vacate the room she said, bill shall be emailed within 30 minutes, after many phone calls and follow-ups. They had given the GST bill.

Hotel stay was average. Good - 1. Good ambience inside with timely cleaning 2. Complimentary breakfast was good. 3. Easy to access to this Hotel Ambica Empire What was not better - 1. Wifi not applicable to watch OTTs/ atleast Youtube 2. Wifi was not working properly 3. Smell in the toiletry could have been better

Rooms are good, bathroom clean, front office courteous. Food portion small, required improvement. House keeping services slow. Room services fast. Food items slightly expensive.

Location, Food and Room is excellent, FO need to improve their response on GST Bill provision, in case of room booked through MMT.

It was very good experience at Ambika and Hotel Ambica Empire and even the hospitality was very good and Break fast and Food was very Good

Find the property through MMT, location and food is plus but front office support is poor. No dental kit, soap in room everything you need ask
