As you mentioned on the check-in day that you wanted a room on Mall Road, but our hotel is approximately 600 meters away from Mall Road. When you reached the hotel, you liked the room, the only problem was with parking. Sir, you had trouble parking, which our staff assisted you with. Manali is a hilly area, so the roads are sometimes straight and sometimes steep, which we cannot change. We are responsible for hotel services, food, and rooms, and for providing you with other services and information about Manali. We had a hard time parking the car on steep slope although the hotel staff helped a lot but the first time when we were searching for the hotel we had a lot of trouble taking the car to the hotel..

Rooms are attached with a single bathroom. location of property around 100 stairs above the road which is not easy for ladies and children from other parts of the country. while booking it was showing Rs1860 for the family room. I paid Rs 3400+ after all the discounts.Firstly they are confused to provide the room. At night 9 O'clock shifted in the twin room.

When you make a booking, the bathroom details are mentioned in it, and it’s also noted online that there are stairs from the parking to the hotel, with 38 steps, not 100. Since your booking was made online, so, you can discuss any rate disputes with them. There was no confusion in providing the room, sir; you requested two rooms at check-in, so the staff provided two rooms. We asked you to vacate one room because the booking was for one Deluxe Family Suite only. Twenty minutes after your check-in, after speaking with you, you agreed to vacate the unused room and did so. Nice stay and when we reach manali snow fall was just outside our door, it was enchanting and magical as we move outside our room. Spectacular view. Had to take some stairs. But on the top at the hotel it was mesmerising
