Good location, courteous and helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Limited but good breakfast, very good vegetarian menu for lunch and dinner. No complaints.

We reached early morning 3am. The staff at The counter behaved very badly as if we come from Mars. May be our tired looking face and dress looked as if we are not fit to stay in the hotel. Once we alerted him about his behavior, he mended his way of talking. Very bad experience.

During stay I have to leave sharp 8 am but the breakfast timing was 8-10 am and they are not serving in the room, That's why skipped the breakfast of 2 days and get the breakfast in hurry for the remaining 2 days.

The TV was not functional. The cooling of room was not up to the mark. The breakfast is of very high calorie. The option of fruit is banana and papaya. Few of room service boys are rejecting the additional request very rudely.

Hotel was very comfortable. They even have a prayer box and provide bathroom slippers.

I wanted double bed instead I got two separate beds.

The room and amenities available in the room are excellent. It could be further improved by adding an electric kettle and providing tea/coffee pouches for guest to help themselves . The hotel did not provide with the WiFi password even on being prompted, could be improved.

Need to improve the facilities like hair dryer on call also iron and iron board availavle on call. To avoide laundry charges. Also food service serves speedy. Other servics found satisfactory and rooms are comfortable ..

I stayed in the Hotel for 2 nights for my Business Trip and the experience of the stay was phenomenal. Pros : Good room service Apartments are Lavish with all the required concierge services Staff is of friendly nature. Cons : I finished up my meeting at 04:00 Pm When asked for something to eat in the hotel they said sorry sir our Kitchen is closed from 03:00-07:30 PM. Although they said me I can have snacks that could be ordered in your room. So, that was something which was a turn off moment for me because then I traveled almost 1.5-2 Km for searching a good restaurant. Overall liked the hotel.

Stayed here with family for two nights. Rooms were very good, spacious and clean. Bathroom has excellent hot shower. Wifi is free. Let down by below average service and hassle of waiting more than hour and half to get our passports back because they have to register foreigners. Most hotels only take a few minutes to do this. They blamed staff shortage. Breakfast is not buffet. There is no choice. Just a very small cup of tea or coffee and whatever one item they have cooked that morning given on a plate. Overall the quality of the rooms made it a nice stay, much better than other hotels we have stayed in Anand over the years.

Average. But they doesn't know about online booking. When guest reach to the hotel they ask for extra documents at that time, they should updated with the online and should contact the guest, one day earlier, and ask for extra documents if they will needed during checking. So guest don't feel uncomfortable at the time of arrival.

Front staff communication is very poor. I had a very bad experience and also checkout time. Front staff communication is poor. Please improvement of communication and behavior of front staff of this hotel. WiFi is not running of this hotel. Overall hotel is good.
