Bahut hi sandar stay raha mera, neat and clean, staff logo ka behaviour bahut badiya raha. Mai jab bhi Ratlam jaunga, mera ye hotel fix rahega.

Terrible cheated for money for coffee 510 rs 60 rs/ coffee response was too late for water ac will be turned off always for every 30 min we should call n ask them repeatedly no regular cleaning until we intimate or instruct them which was committed to give in complementary. Not needed

Dear GUEST, you have not been cheated in any way by us. Ordered the coffee after looking at the menu card which has Rs 60 written on it. You took 9 coffees which cost Rs 540 and we took Rs 510 from you. And you did not give the key to clean the room, the room was completely cleaned as soon as you arrived. It takes 10 to 30 minutes for any order. We make this tea and coffee fresh and serve it. and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
