Not recommended at all. Bathroom door broken, room fully wet, no water in taps and shower, no response on complaining on reception, no toiletries, no proper parking space

Room was good. There is a rooftop restaurant and the food is also good. Easy to reach from the station.

Overall hotel is good, neat and clean, food is good reception is very good but there is some issue. Issue is 1. The tv connection is not done after several time of intimation. 2. Delay in giving soap and towel.

Hotel anand international situated near samastipur station. Rooms are clean and people there are very cooperative. Bed was good and washroom was also clean. Thankyou for suggesting this hotel to me.

I was locked in bathroom for like 1 hour as the doorw hook was broken. Also the staff was not much supportive

All side good, but i thing need more progress

first of all the only good thing was they allowed early check in. apart from this there were lot of issues like, 1. we were staying in room number 101 and 201, and in room 101, inside door handle of washroom was broken and we were advised to not lock the door from inside else won't be able to open. 2. there were no mosquito liquid in the room and we were not aware of it until midnight and whole night we were fighting with mosquitoes, this sounds very funny 😂 3. in room number 201, they provided curtains after passing half day and many follow-ups. 4. one more big issue was hygiene, there was some cockroaches we found in the room and inside of blanket. 5. restaurant service was not available, so we had to bring food from outside from near railway station. 6. there was one more small issue, but wanted to mention. the mattress was not comfortable at all, i have stayed lots of hotels and india and outside india, and this was the worst mattress i found.

I am not happy with hotel service. I am travel-ling with couple but they are not allowed.
