Amazing Hospitality by the Team at Anand Sarovar, especially the head chef who made sure the food is made as per our preferences

Property location is best once but service is not so good, as they don't have even bar they don't serve after 9.30 they provide cold drink with room temperature only ( LOL) ICE CUBE WAS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT PROPER WATER DROP FULL NIGHT AND CONSTANTLY VIBRATING AND CREAT NOICE - SO STAY WAS NOT SETISFACTORY. IF I SPENT NIGHT THEN ALL ABOVE ISSUE CAN UNDERSTAND BUT I SPENT NIGHT SO ALL THIS ISSUE IS NOT A SMALL ISSUE IT SHOULD NOT TOLLARATED.

Property location us just too good,exactly as shown in pictures,you can witness sunrise just above the lake from your room..Food is just yummy,breakfast too is good..chef Arun personaly attends the guests and prepares accordingly..We were slight late as rains were not there otherwise waterfall in bhandara is good..We can go for boating from the resort itself,that is a plus point..Actually we dont need to go anywhere else ,1 day stay here is relaxing and just serene to stay around natures beauty away from crowd and pollution

The Location of the hotel is the USP apart from the location the Hotel Reception staff lacks Professionalism ,Amenities need to taken care not muuch varieties in food although food was decent so were restaurant team and Chef Special thanks to Zeenat for taking care of all our requirements Overall a decent Stay

Location is the Best ,infront of the Dam wall n very close to Dam water. Food was best with polite staff. Room was best with dam n garden view,hot water n good clothing.

Anand Sarovar gave us a unique experience. We had visited this resort a couple of months back and we decided to come back again. The location is perfect and the view is mesmerizing. It was my birthday celebration and they provided a cake for the celebration as well. We stayed in the cottage which had the view of the lake. We intentionally tried all local food menu bharleli vangi and methi sabzi were amazing apart from this the pizza was great as well. The captain there was extremely hospitable and everyone looked after us well.

Dear MakeMyTrip Team, We are writing to raise a serious concern regarding our recent booking made through your platform. Booking Details: Hotel Name: Anand Sarovar Hotel, Bhandardara Check-in Date: 07/09/2025 Rooms Booked: 2 rooms (1 BHK Villa with 1 AC Bedroom and Non-AC Living Room, Lake View) Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were shocked to find that only one room was provided as per the booking specification. The second room allotted was not as per the promised category—it was a single bedroom and did not match the paid specifications. Furthermore, the hotel staff claimed that the second correct room was not available, which is unacceptable considering the full amount was already paid in advance. This has caused significant inconvenience to our group and reflects extremely poor coordination between MakeMyTrip and the hotel. We consider this a breach of trust and service failure. We hereby request an immediate refund for the one room that was not provided as per booking. If the refund is not processed within a reasonable timeframe, we will be compelled to escalate this matter to the consumer court and report the issue on public platforms. Please treat this matter with urgency.

Location is Fantastic . Food is tasty especially Chopda fish. Staff is cooperative overall nice stay. But Property will require Good Parking Area ,Bar, Game Zone , Kids Play Area , Good Wifi Network

Right on lakes edge, surrounded by green hills and lake with great views. Big rooms, very clean and with big washrooms. A nice restaurant with good ambiance and glas walls facing the lake. Serves buffet breakfast and lunch/ dinner from a good option menu. Very helpful and friendly staff. We liked our lake view room with private sit out

Huge cost

Room were spacious but facility was not according to the price, roofs are not clean bedsheets are good and surrounding are good and green, staff was very cooperative and Food was delicious . Other facility was up to the mark.

My Experience was Terrible. The amount that the resort is charging and the service that they are providing is absolutely not worth it. It was worst than a 2 star resort. There was no wifi service available, no room for drivers, rooms were not good, water leakage problemin rooms and bathroom. Extremely rude management . Worst Management. Only thing that we liked was the Food quality. I will never recommend this resort to anyone. Please do not visit!

Stay was good specially during rainy season, property views are good, Food was very tasty, but slightly premium. The property doesn't serve Alcohol

It didn't provide lake view room. What is visible is only parking area and garden. Even the manager agrees that there is only 1 room from where you get proper lake view and still no cancellation or room change happened.
