Very good

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was denied check-in due to certain guest policy restrictions, which were not clearly mentioned during the booking process. When I contacted MakeMyTrip customer support to resolve the issue, the hotel staff was uncooperative and did not communicate properly. Despite the situation, no refund was provided, which added to the frustration. I understand that hotels may have their own policies, but those should be clearly stated beforehand. The lack of transparency and poor customer service made this a very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend unless the hotel improves its communication and customer handling policies.

New hotel, hassle free check in and check out, clean, reasonable

I went on a family trip with relatives. On arriving, the hotel staff said as it was overbooked, they could provide room in nearby hotel as an alternative- which i found to be totally unworthy for staying. When i said pleas provide me suitable accommodation, the staff started misbehaving and arguing with me. On raising complaint with mm t customer care, the owner met me and arranged one room after requesting.

Not clean room no towel in the room and. No ac remote controland. No bislri water very bad smell.

The reception given was good. Shout out to bhakti. Booked 2 rooms. 1 room did not had geyser for hot water. After complaining about the same, there was no response given by the staff. The bathroom floor was dirty. Room service food was average. Had to accommodate 4 family members in one bathroom as only 1 bathroom had the facility of hot water. Disappointed with the stay.

Hotel is situated at prime location near kalol railway station. Impressed by the cleanliness of room, bed linen and washroom.

Cleanliness and hygiene is good, staff is cooperative

The hotel's location was easily approachable. I was a Solo traveler. Food did not had much variety. They only serve sandwich in the breakfast. Staff were good in their service. Overall, it was a value for money stay for me.

Location was on main market which was good. Food was nice. Service was very good. Staff behavior was good. Room was clean and spacious. Cleanliness of the Hotel was very good. Hotel was value for money. Overall, excellent stay.

The room was not cleaned, towel was dirty. No mineral water provided, only regular water was there. Breakfast didn't have much of a variety.
