Hotel Ananya Regency

The property is nicely built with much open lush green area and the rooms too are big. However, the rooms & lobby's cleanliness needs attention as the cleaning services are very slow. The room we stayed in were to be cleaned again but were never cleaned as the staff was busy in other marriage function arrangements. So felt bad as we too have paid for the Hotel Ananya Regency & the services. Overall the property built is good architecturally and the rooms elite but the cleanliness and maintenance of property (washroom fixtures and external areas/floors) much need much improvements.

Alright! Well, let's start. You can see the Hotel from a distance and the look of the Hotel Ananya Regency gives you basic satisfaction that yes, you have booked a right Hotel Ananya Regency so far. The entrance is quite scenic with a lush green huge garden. The lobby is nice and gives a nice dazzling experience to your eyes. Rooms are spacious, and well maintained. And now the supper, food is absolutely lipsticking along with prompt service. All the above experience is being stated as per Hotel Ananya Regency's in Kashipur. This is, indeed, the best amongst all.

Hotel Ananya is a great place to Stay in Kashipur. Definitely a Home away from home. The best this about the Hotel Ananya Regency is it is very easy to locate. I visited Kashipur for the first time and was not expecting a Hotel Ananya Regency like this. My stay was nice and comfortable. The Hotel Ananya Regency staff was warm and welcoming and handled all queries properly. Overall It's a very good property and very well maintained. I would like to recommend it to my friends and close ones. Great Going Team. Keep up with the good work.

Given the location of Kashipur and the price point, I am more than satisfied with everything. Easy checkin and checkout. Location is good for people with car as it's out of town, next to railway tracks. Room were good but need to improve upkeep and quality of toilets. The inside door of toilet was dirty. The floor of the room was average clean. Overall still happy with them. I think the Hotel Ananya Regency is designed for marriages. Dread to think the noise levels if a marriage is taking place.

Positive Points - A lot of green space within the Hotel Ananya Regency, big gardens, clean rooms, the food was okay. Negative Points - AC had some problems, cooling was not effective, the next day water started flowing out of AC and fell on the television below it due to which one whole day, there wasn't any AC & TV in the room. The fridge in the room was not working properly. Overall - I had a good time staying here. I would recommend.

My self Rakesh. I'm travelling from Delhi for a meeting in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. I book ananya Hotel Ananya Regency for stay in Kashipur for two days. The Hotel Ananya Regency management is very good and it's service is also satisfied. The Hotel Ananya Regency location is very good and it's very sweet for couple. The room facilities are very good. Overall it's amazing.

Ours was a nice experience at the Hotel Ananya Regency. Warm welcome especially by Mr. Wajid Ali, who was too much cooperative. Rooms were also nicely maintained with a backup of excellent and prompt room service. Above all, the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Full points, just it had been a resort, it would have been a heaven.

I was a bit skeptical when I booked this place for the night on my way to wild Iris spa and resort for my wild life adventure at Jim Corbett. What a pleasant surprise I got! The Hotel Ananya Regency is posh, has huge manicured gardens, luxurious rooms, a well appointed bar and above all par excellent delicious tasty food. We loved our short stay here.

Hotel Ananya Regency good for business and family stay. It is value of money. It's located best location of kashipur lot of greenery's over there. Nick breakfasts. So I can say that is good business stay for me.

The Hotel Ananya Regency was quite good in infrastructure, the services were up to mark. It was a great experience. The food was very tasty and enjoyed by us. Except everything, there was a problem in AC as it was not working properly.

Our stay was real Value for Money rooms are spacious neat and clean mattresses effective A. C. Good WiFi neat and clean washroom. Breakfast was really good. Service was excellent with smile. Check-in and check out was smooth. Big lawn good parking place. Overall a nice stay and would definitely like to stay again with them if I come to Rudrapur.

Property is best in kashipur at bit far from the sation. WiFi was not working Breakfast is good, food selection can be better. Staff is very nice and helpful. Ambience is good for formal meeting if you wish to conduct at your Hotel Ananya Regency. Rooms where well furnished but not clean so well as per the Hotel Ananya Regency standards

Housekeeping service is little late and services were good. Rating 4.1 out of 5. Location is too good, outdoor space is enough and reception, restaurant, bar is very good rating 4.7 out of 5. Natural scenes are much better than others. I want to visit again in future.

As per Hotel Ananya Regency view and Name and customer requirement basic amenities in the room like shaving set, dental set, comb, oil pouch were not provided in the Hotel Ananya Regency, kindly ask them to provide this to the customer.

A nice Hotel Ananya Regency with good and courteous staff, food quality is also very good. As it's a bit away from main city thus surrounding is also serene and one can expect a peaceful stay. There is ample of parking space and all the amenities are very well maintained.

I stayed at this Hotel and I am quite satisfied. This is a beautiful property. Staff is also courteous, they changed my room to superior from standard as the AC was not working properly. Food is also good. Hotel ambiance is also good and peaceful. Next time also I will prefer this.

Room is very clean and spacious, location is good, staff is also co-operative and taste of food is great... This is resort so you can enjoy the outing area and peace location, garden area is full of flowers.
