I recently stayed at Hotel Ananya Regency and had a wonderful experience! The location is excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the warm hospitality, daily manager's reception, and the relaxing garden areas. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like free WiFi, valet parking, and laundry services. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant and bar/lounge were great spots to unwind. However, I did experience a slight hiccup with the night check-in process. The response was a bit delayed, which was inconvenient. Overall, I'd highly recommend Hotel Ananya Regency for its excellent service, comfortable stay, and great location. I'd definitely stay here again, hoping the night check-in process improves!"

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless with hot water available. Amenities like a water bottle, shaving kit, dental kit, comb, and slippers were provided, which was a nice touch. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good sleep. Buffet breakfast was decent, offering 5–6 options along with tea, coffee, and juice. However, there was no staff to assist with luggage, and the AC cooling was not sufficient for the large room as it had only a single split unit. Overall, a good stay with clean rooms and a decent breakfast. Just better AC cooling and luggage assistance would make it excellent.

I had a terrible stay at Ananya Hotel. The reception was completely unresponsive – no one picked up the call despite several attempts. It felt like they simply didn’t care. The room had multiple issues, including non-functional electric sockets, which made it hard to charge devices or use basic appliances. Even after calling multiple times for a second towel, no one bothered to deliver it. Housekeeping was clearly unorganized and inattentive. For a hotel that claims to offer good service, this was a major letdown. The lack of responsiveness and poor maintenance made the stay frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was amazing and the food was really good

Location was excellent. Very easy to locate. Ample parking space. Staff behavior and services were very coordial and prompt. Food quality, taste and rates were very good. Amenities provided were very good

The hotel is decent for the rent that they charge. The food for breakfast should have been arranged as a buffet system so that the customers need not wait . The amenities are ok & the service also seemed to be ok. Overall the property is worth the money that we spend

It was a pleasant stay. I booked this hotel based on reviews & found to be good for family. I stayed there for one day & stay was comfortable. Food was delicious but a little bit pricey. Overwall the stay was comfortable. Recommended for family stay.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely cooperative and made sure my needs were met. However, there was one drawback - an unpleasant smell in the room that persisted throughout my stay. Despite this, the hospitality and comfort made up for it. With some improvement in room maintenance, this hotel has the potential to be truly excellent. Overall, I would still recommend it, but with some caveats.

Not happy with the hotel, during check out called reception to send someone to pick luggage as we were having heavy bags but twice called and nobody came. After this their swipe machine was not working which took time, also the amount i paid for this booking didn't include breakfast. Where is discount?
