NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONE

This hotel is the definition of daylight robbery. They promise a 10% discount, but unless you literally beg for it at the counter, they conveniently “forget.” And the best part? They act like it’s your fault for not reminding them. No valet parking, long waiting, and once you’re inside, they just wait for a chance to squeeze every rupee out of you. A disposable slipper for 100+ GST — is this a hotel or a scam center? They even charge for empty plates. I mean, who does that? Absolutely pathetic hospitality. And let’s talk about the reception. There’s one arrogant guy who behaves like guests are staying at his personal house for free. Zero manners, zero hospitality, zero professionalism. Thankfully there’s one kind lady at the desk, but the hotel seriously needs to replace the guy who clearly has no idea how to deal with people. If you enjoy ruining your trip, wasting your money, and being treated like a burden, by all means, book this hotel. Otherwise, do yourself a favour — spend more or less, anywhere else, just NOT here. PLEASE DONOT STAY HERE!

This property is very beautiful and right at the center of the city. The staff are very friendly. The room and bathrooms are large and well maintained. The ambience is very rich and attractive. The complementary breakfast is South Indian and really carries the aroma of the south. It was a good choice and a pleasant stay.
