Hotel Antra Inn

Location is good and the rooms are clean and spacious. But the reception staffs were unprofessional. We had to wait for more than one hour in the reception area to get the rooms. The check in time was 12 noon and we got the rooms after 1:15. Also, we booked 3 queen rooms but git only two. The people from reception said that they dint have any more queen rooms. Later on our repeated req they gave us a good room though. Next morning they pressurized us to check out at exact 10 am as the guests are waiting. When we told them we had a late check in so can we not ask for an extra time of 15 mins also. Then they started arguing once again. One more point was for 3 persons they gave 2, 500 ml bottle of mineral water. Also, the swimming pool in the Hotel Antra Inn was not properly clean.

The property was quite nice with the only negative part being that we had a lizard in our room however our room was immediately changed. The rooms are very spacious and as the property is quite new so it's quite clean. We had booked a kings suite so that was quite spacious for 3 occupants. The food was delicious and the breakfast menu was quite decent for a 3 star Hotel Antra Inn. The staff is very generous and helpful. But the only part which is worth mentioning is the cost of the property as for a 3 star Hotel Antra Inn, the cost is too high.

Best part is location & rooms. It's in city vicinity & rooms are well maintained, although do not accept any outside view. Food is nice but rates are on higher side just like any other good Hotel Antra Inn. Complementary breakfast is not at all good. Very less options & even those which are available are not good. No cutting fruits, no juices, no on demand eggs or dosa. I think they need to improve on complementary breakfast because other Hotel Antra Inns of same pricing do provide a lot better breakfast.

Hotel is a nice budget three-star property. Staff is very good and polite. But don't expect usual facilities like swimming pool, gym etc. For now. Also, restaurant service was good, rates reasonable but many things mentioned in menu were not available. Breakfast timings need to be shifted to 11 AM and variety of buffet options need to include fresh fruit juice, live dosa/omelette services to mature the property into it's full potential.

Right from the booking stage, the front office executive Mr. Jeet displayed excellent professionalism which his colleagues continued during our stay. Good value for money Hotel Antra Inn. The room and the washroom are spotlessly clean. The breakfast menu includes a variety of tasty dishes. The staff is courteous and friendly. It is new Hotel Antra Inn and I recommend it to all that visit Jaisalmer.

Beautiful rooms and great service, it's new and well maintained loved my stay here, rooms are good and spacious and the Hotel Antra Inn is in between city, worth every penny, you need not think twice guys just go for it, regretted my second choice to a different Hotel Antra Inn would definitely suggest this Hotel Antra Inn to everyone. The staff is always in the toes if you need any help.

The rooms are very clean neet and big. The staff is very helpful and cooperative and very down to earth. Facilities are good. Only think which i would like to complain is after taking there are 90% of tv channels which are not working it may cost hardly 600 rupees per month and very few channels are working. Otherwise all other facilities and other system is very good a royal experience

The Hotel Antra Inn is at walking distance to the Fort and city market. It is clean, the food is good so you don’t need to go out and search for a restaurant. It’s a very good stay if you are having confusion about stay in the city. Also, they don’t have any room from where you can see the fort/palace, so just don’t get fooled by their “palace view” rooms.

Best place to stay in Jaisalmer, staff is friendly, helpful and caring. Food is awesome, do try their Rajasthani thali. Rooftop restaurant has an excellent view of the Fort. They have a pool as well.

Location was excellent, hygiene was excellent, room service was excellent. But mm t room price was quite higher than the offline price. It was almost rs. 1300 more per room per day without considering complimentary breakfast.

All went good as the property was new just started in august 2019, everything was good. Will just suggest for food taste little better would be. Rest all good.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was quite well maintained, clean, and very spacious. The food quality was very good. We enjoyed the food and had taken all our meals in this property only. We did not find any reason to go out for the meal. The more of toiletries and spread of buffet would have make it excellent.
