The stay was terrible. Rooms were untidy, the bedsheets were dirty. Washroom was close to unusable. Tap was leaking and the in charge at the hotel asked to adjust. The hand shower was broken. The hotel staff was not helpful at all. The location of the hotel was in a shabby building.

If you want to stay in a luxurious way of manner then this hotel is not for them. I was having work in ahemdabad came here for 2days & just wanted to spend my night so i chose this hotel

All went well in the stay the staff was cooperative and helpful specially nagender sing jodha. I have only issues with the management who have given falls information over the web for the itinerary for the hotel. Sorry will not return to the property again but hope in future the trust factor will be strong from the management end. Staff is good not a value for money experience rate 3 out of 5 only because of staff and there support thanks to anupam hotel ahmedabad.

Never ever book for family. Worst rooms, dirty bedsheets, for AC and Geyser you have to ask the receptionist to turn on the switch. I had to ask to change towel, clean the room 😞. The bathroom is in such an odd position that you have to climb a big step to enter the bathroom.

The rooms are very dirty the floor was not clean even the bed sheets were dirty the staff was non cooperative they were charging extra money for check-in i would not recommend this hotel to anyone it was a terrible experience the id was taken by the receptionist and was returned back after 2 hours.

familyRoom provided with no proper ventilation. Neither in the room nor in the bathroom. Beds and walls were dusty. Ac geaser doesnt work. I would not re-comment this hotel if you are planning to stay here with family for more than a day. For a single day for a single person its fine. But considering the facilities the charges were high. Not satisfied.

Not matching the expectations.

I came with absolutely no expectations although I had seen the photos. The photos do not match the conditions of the rooms. There is no attention given to the customer and not sure about what services does the hotel provide. It is very disappointing when the flushes don't work and a servant disturbed you every evening to clean your toilets. The fan only worked on a single speed and no one bothered to help us with that.

The area where hotel located is very dirty and you don't feel to go in. Rooms are okay and service is also good, but it is not for 1200/-. I definitely say this place is not for family so better to avoid this place.
