Nice staff. Good facility. Good manager.hotel staff nice .good parking space. Hotel food was good taste.

The rooms were comparatively good. The bathrooms as well as the water were clean. One of the facilities which I found best is that they provided free taxi service from their hotel to the base camp (banganga) and back to the hotel at any hour of the day. This facility helped us a lot. At last, we can conclude that the service is the best , the cleanliness is maintained and everything is up to date.

Hotel room and room cleaning and room service is very low next time i am not staying this hotel very bad

Hotel is Very nice,Room is Very good ,hotel staff are co-operative. Dropped by VAN near to Vaishnodevi Mandir parchi counter at KATRA , During return from mandir also picked up from PARCHI Counter, On 15.10.24 morning at 5am dropped to KATRA Railway station at free of cost.

No cleaning, electricity issues, no hygiene, third floor and no lift working, and miscommunication, i booked for four adults and they provided a floor mattress for 4th person, highly disappointed, need a full refund, booked and paid fully in advance, broken toilet seat, hanging wires, no toiletries provided

It was a pretty good experience. Clean rooms and nice staff. Room service was good but can be better.

The hotel was not clean and not properly maintained. The rooms were not ready. The blankets and bed sheets had stains on them. The toilet flush wasn’t working. Rooms and hotel had unpleasant smell like it wasn’t cleaned properly and somebody smoked in the rooms. we hardly stayed here for few hours to sleep

The place is filles with cockroachs and insects. Will not recommend this place to any of my friends and family. Terrible experience

Very poor hotel. Dirty rooms poor service. You will see cockroaches and mosquito running in your rooms and washrooms. Even in tea cattle. Food is tasteless. Rooms are full of seepage and smell. Not recommended at all.

Service was not proper. Washroom was not clean and very far from main market. We could get this type of property not more than 2000- in katra

We stayed there for 2 nights because was traveling with newborn. Staffs are good and tried their best but- first of all this hotel inside the gali, which has very big big path-holes. Buildings has insects problem, cockroach everywhere in the room n washroom( wish could upload some pics. I won't recommend this place at all if you are hygienic person or dont like insects n flies around you.

Very nice experience. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms is nicely done and very comfortable to stay. The food is amazing. I will definitely stay there again. And would like to suggest those who came to katra must stay in hotel ap broadway by geetanjali group of hotels.
