Hotel Apeksha

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was marred by unsatisfactory hygiene. The room had filthy bedsheets and pillow covers that I had to request fresh ones for, which was quite unpleasant. To make matters worse, the water ran out in the middle of using the washroom. I was also shocked to find a condom between the mattresses, which was a huge red flag. However, I must give credit to the staff - they were hospitable, helpful, and provided good service despite the issues. The hotel's location is convenient, just 5 minutes from the stupas by vehicle. If you're on an extremely tight budget, this hotel might be an option, but I'd recommend exploring other alternatives if possible. Perhaps the low rates were a reflection of the quality, but still, some improvements are necessary. Three stars for the effort, but not enough to overlook the hygiene concerns.

Room was not clean and cigarette butts found on the bed with burnt hole on the bed sheet. Toilet is not clean. Jetspray is not working. Hot water is not coming. Overall a horrible stay for six hours stay
