5. The overall infrastructure was superb as well as the food was very tasty. The location of the hotel is good and on the road side from where one can easily move ahead for trip. The staff was polite and helpful.

Our room no was 103 and there were some cockroaches in the room and the bathroom. The room was not air conditioned (we did not book ac room) and we were unable to open the balcony door to let in fresh air as there was heavy sewage smell outside. This smell was there the next morning as well. Apart from this the experience was nice.

It was nice stay in executive suit, location was ok as you cannot enjoy snow mountain view from this hotel but property was well maintained and neat and clean will suggest to stay here as it is on the main highway both the times if you are going towards chitkul or going towards shimla

It is a good property. We stayed for only one night as we were traveling to sangla valley. Nice ambience, good rooms, good food. Downside- bedsheets can be cleaner, no lift hence not elderly friendly.

I called the hotel and told them that my partner had got covid and will not be able to travel so if u can cxl but refused so i said can i extend the dates of travel in jun e but they refused this request also. Very unprofessional & unpleasant experience with apple crest hotel.

Nice location nice room nice food

I did not expect such good services and stay at this location. My experience was. More than what we had expected. Nice food and rooms. Also location was very approachable from road.

The staff was so rude. The air conditioner was mentioned in hotel amenities but during our stay the staff told us that the room only have fan and they called it ac. Also, we have to wait for two hours to get connected to the manager. I highly recommend all to please don’t stay in this hotel to avoid inconvenience.
