very poor, No service, Room is not good, No facility, no white towel giving.....

Hotel is very nice, rooms and corridoors are neat & clean and also staff is very supportive so overall experience was great there

No food taken but just right side of hotel excellent breakfast available

This resorts is so good. Locations is so beautiful. Service good. Bathroom clean and green.

It is a budget hotel in a very small town. The location is in the middle of busy NH having shops on both sides and thus quite crowded and noisy. On the positive side, this hotel has a parking space for 3-4 cars and the room sizes are not too small but the upkeep of the electric and plumbing fixtures are not up to the mark. In my room 3 electric lights were not working and in the bathroom the hand faucet was dripping all the time making the bathroom floor wet but to their credit, the maintenance staff responded quickly and fixed the lights. Absence of a restaurant in the hotel is another big drawback.

Possibly the worst hotel that I have stayed till date on tour. Not sure as to how it is an MMT assured hotel. Do not under any circumstance book a room in this hotel. Not even worth Rs. 200 per night. Incompetent, unprofessional staff who are clueless about everything. No food facility at the hotel which is a bid big surprise. They do not even have a tea maker in any of the rooms, not even in the suite. Have to wait for half an hour for a cup of tea as they procure it from outside. The faucets leak & rooms noisy as it is situated on the main road. I had even contemplated about filing a complaint in the consumer court against this hotel.
