Dear Apricia Team, I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel from 25th Oct. Overall, the experience was pleasant / comfortable / satisfactory. The staff was helpful / courteous, and the facilities were [clean / well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the quick room service or the breakfast quality. However, I would like to highlight a few areas for improvement: Wi-Fi connectivity issues I hope you will take this feedback constructively to enhance the guest experience further. Location was satisfactory, but many other faults. In the basement, the function at night caused late-night music noise disturbance in the room. Room service was very poor, and the room was not properly cleaned; there were mosquitoes, and the washroom door lock was not working. The lighting in the washroom was not proper

My recent stay at the hotel was below expectations. The room felt more like a closed box — it had no windows, which made it quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Some natural light or ventilation would have made a big difference. The complimentary water provided was minimal, and additional bottles were charged at an unexpectedly high rate. Basic amenities like drinking water should be more reasonably handled. Also, the air conditioning was turned off during the night, which made the room quite warm and disrupted sleep. Overall, I feel the experience didn’t match the price charged. There’s definitely room for improvement in both service and comfort.

Hotel room was good but service need to improvement. They does not have basic amenity like pool and gym. Second brak fast is not good and same each day with any change. Map dinner was terrible even i ask for half glass of milk for medicine that was changeable even i had map dinner and not eating too much

No windows in the hotel room morning breakfast is not upto date. Little lack in professional approach by the front office.

The staff was much cooperative excent the one in the dining area. Stay was luxurious as well as cost effective. Would love to visit again.

Property and location is good. Food menu for map plan is only veg thali. Taking too much time at front desk.

It was real terrible experience hotel rooms are in worst condition. Found it waste of money. Washroom has damaged tiles broken/no shower. They don’t give normal water in room

No Coordination in the hotel staff. We had booked a MAP meal but still they charged us and after we fought they returned the money. In MAP booking it was not mentioned veg or non veg.. they shd have specifically mentioned that.. Hair dryer was provided it was of such a poor quality

I had a good stay! the room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly.
