You know you've walked into the right place the moment you step inside the reception lobby. Great job guys! the Hotel Apsara is very conveniently located, walking distance from almost all places one would like to visit within the town. Just far away enough from the chaos of the town center, yet everything at a stone's throw. Unfortunately cannot comment on the food as this is a pure veg restaurant, and we opted for our meaty meals outside, but apart from that, it's a complete value for money!

The Hotel Apsara is pretty near from the mall market. Walking distance is not more than 8-10 minutes. The staff cleanliness and behaviour was good. Considering the covid situation, quite a few rooms were vacant. So the Hotel Apsara authourity was kind enough to give us super deluxe room at the price of standard room. Also, we got all the services that we asked for during our stay. Overall a nice and compact stay. Thank you.

It was just a 900m walk from mall rd and 350m walk from darjeeling himalayan railway station. Rooms were clean, if any problems occurred it was fixed immediately or as soon as possible. The restaurant of the Hotel Apsara was amazing. It was pure veg but all the items were delicious. The manager and staffs were so friendly. We enjoyed our stay at there.

Not only in Hotel Apsara but in entire darjeeling, i ve not felt any safety issue for tourists. Overall stay in darjeeling was good. As far as stay in Hotel Apsara concerned, location of the Hotel Apsara is good, quality of food is good according to price and also it is pure veg. Service needs to be improve to some extent more. Overall good experience.

It was one of the best Hotel Apsaras and would suggest everyone go into this Hotel Apsara. I just so love this Hotel Apsara, the hygiene, the staff behaviour, hospitality was great, and the Hotel Apsara owner everyone was so good and helpful will visit again soon😍☺️❤️

Location is very good with in darjeeling. The mall is 5 to 10 mins away. For food though it’s a vegetarian we preferred to eat outside.
The safety standards were good and we were satisfied.

Sanitized the luggage and our entry was sanitized

It was an excellent experience. Everything was good except wi-fi connection. There was no wi-fi connection in the room.

It was not a good experience. As the rooms lights where dim and tv was not working also there was no wifi network.

Service was good, staff were always helpful & respond to all queries.

Everything is perfect except charge for heater which is 400 for 12 hrs. Hot water is available from 7 to 9 in morn and evening. 3 blanket were provided which is enough.

Nice place to stay as it is budget friendly and in good location.
