Facility in the room should be better. Should have a table and chair and a dustbin

Terrible room service, worst staffs and caretakers, misbehaved and abused and even locked us in the hotel with no security. They do not provide drinking water and for each n everything managers and caretakers need to be called, dustbins are not cleaned, lamp is broken, bedsheet is torn

1) only two double bedded rooms were given for six adults. 2) the rooms were not of adequate size to accommodate extra beds. 3) feeling suffocated due to overcrowding, we requested to switch on the ac (for which we had advance bookings too, but the ac in both the rooms were out of order. 4) there was no wardrobe or even wall mounted hanger to keep our apparels, we were compelled to dump the same on the floor. 5) there was a wall mounted tv in each room, but those couldn't be of any use to us; there was no cable connection. 6) there was no dustbin in the room.

No safety precautions have been taken. Complete unhygienic. No room service, sanitization, worst condition of bathroom, no cleanliness, room locks and electric boards are in worst condition. Bathroom doors are broken, taps are running all the i time. Complete mismanagement. Food quality is the only one which was good. Location is also good in terms short distance from railway station.

I have booked 3 rooms for 3 days. 2 of the rooms ac was not functioning. Tv of 2 rooms not working. Hot water supply not there in 1 room. I have to literally complain to make my trip support to get these things sorted on day 2 evening. Hotel management adamant in attitude, never tried to resolve any issues before hotel owner stepped in. It's not at all worth the money they take. Request make my trip not to enlist such substandard property.
