Hotel Arco Palace

Awesome stay. There are various pros of this property : location is near to jaipur junction. Lot of options of vehicle available. Also tourist spots such as hawa mahal, birla mandir, albert hall museum, moti dungra temple, city palace and jantar mantar spots are at nearby distance. Hotel has restaurant on first floor with delicious food. Even room service is at lightning speed. No foul smell from room nor any issue of electric items such as ac, tv etc, all were working upto mark. The bedsheets were neat and clean. Cons : few limitations of this property are it is nearby bus stand which is why place is crowded. There is only single life available. Hence time consuming for going up and down. New lift is under construction.

Our room was clean, it does has dining table, kettle, and shelf to keep or clothes. The room also has basic necessities like travel shampoo, soap. If we talk about safety, no doubt that you will feel safe and secure. Best part was early check in and check out and the food was tasty and worth the money. I will surely recommend that if you are visiting jaipur do stay at this place. You can even walk on the roof top and chill. I love the part about cleanliness because even if we were out when we came back the room was well cleaned.

Hotel is really good and safe. Ambience is also good. But they should provide 1) charging slot on both sides of bed. 2) at least 1 small mirror required in room. It is there in washroom only. 3) if 1 extra basin is outside of washroom then it would be better. 4) sometimes water was not getting hot even after 10-15 mins of geezer on 5) food quality is really poor. Not quality food and rate is high. 6) but overall stay is good. I enjoyed it.

It had nice comfortable rooms. Got early check in. Breakfast was ok for me. Only little disappointment was - after doing early check out as i had to roam around the city and my train was in the evening, so i kept the luggage in their locker. Later when i returned back my daughter asked for a room for 15 minutes to change the dress, but the reception guy denied for the same.

Location of Hotel Arco Palace is quite convenient, rooms are good, spacious, there are activities area also. Few concerns are like food price are a little on higher side, drinking water should be given in room while checkin, we have to ask for to which they said that ro water may be given or have to buy bottles. Rest all are good about Hotel Arco Palace.

Wifi is poor. No internet signals for me. That is the only issue. The hospitality and service is good. They also kept our luggage after checkout for free till the departure time so we can comfortably explore the city. They also gave us parking space for our rental bike. Room service food is average. All in all a good experience.

Location is best in terms of visiting jaipur markets & also few steps from sindhi camp bus stand. Food is very good. They need lot of improvement on basic room facilities like room ac, toiletries, clean bedsheet & atleast keep one electric kettle in room with few tea bags this is a basic thing.

Location is very busy & noisy with heavy traffic of busses & e-rickshaw. Hotel rooms are very spacious with good amminities. Room service & house keeping were very fast. Food was excellent, specifically breakfast buffet not to be missed. Overall wonderful & satisfying staying experience.

Rooms and service were good. Building is bit old. Late check-out is allowed is a plus. Near metro station and bus stand.

With an affordable rate, this Hotel Arco Palace is one of the best in jaipur. The rooms are well-designed and spacious. Extremely tidy and neat. The staff is also very good at their job. The restaurant is also top-notch.

It was a pleasant stay. Nice hospitality. Food was also very delicious. Location is great near by bus stand and railway station.

The service from the front desk was excellent the only thing we were bothered about was that there was a single counter for veg and non veg both else the Hotel Arco Palace has very good service, quality food and clean rooms the room service was also excellent

Location, food quality & service, staff behavior everything are good here. I stay here since last 2 years.
