Stay was quiet comfortable on the higher floor. In- room amenities were good except for the the different bedside and desk mounted electrical socket - both had a slight connection issue with the adapter which i was using, hence i found it difficult to charge laptop. But soon i could figure out a way and was sorted. On one day i left the room with my door key card early morning thinking the room would be cleaned upon my return at night. However, the Hotel Ariana Residency, Mumbai policy says that i need to inform them for room cleaning in case i'm leaving the Hotel Ariana Residency, Mumbai. I found was a bit strange, since there was no mention inside the room now was there any door tag for clean my room which could be left at the door besides the above the experience was very nice and i may visit them again with my family in 2 months

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality of service at this Hotel Ariana Residency, Mumbai is truly unparalleled. The location of the Hotel Ariana Residency, Mumbai was major highlight and reason for selection. The food is simply outstanding. I had the opportunity to various meals at Hotel Ariana Residency, Mumbai, and each meal was a culinary delight. From the breakfast buffet to the à la carte options, every dish was prepared to perfection.

Such an awesome place to stay. While the bathroom were small, everything else was clean. They had really soft and well behaved staff who were always there to help. I did not find any issues while staying here. Rooftop restaurant makes good food and the price is also reasonable. Wifi was also good with a speed of 50~70mbps and i did not face any disconnection issues. Location was right above a bank, with pharmacy and local train walking distance away.

Was not sure what to expect because of previous bad experience in Mumbai. Pleasantly surprised and exceeded my expectations. This seems to be a newly renovated Hotel Ariana Residency, Mumbai, very clean, good service. Room is smaller than 5 star but good enough size for a couple. Good price. Also restaurant good and clean. Fried rice and paneer dishes were actually really tasty. Staff helpful. Able to get good hot shower also

The stay was good. But at the time of check-out, the Hotel Ariana Residency, Mumbai had collected extra money from us. When we asked for a bill, we found out that they had collected 40% more than the actual cost. They said it was by mistake and they'd send the money back to us within 1 hour, but after multiple follow-ups, we only received our money back after 7 hours. That's terrible and not fair.

The rooms in ariana residency were very well kept and clean. All needed amenities were there. The strategic location and its proximity to the metro station is unbeatable. The staff was helpful, courteous and non intrusive. Overall our experience was very welcoming and hassle free. I just took these photos of the room as we entered. I do not know if they would count for what you are looking for

Very decent Hotel Ariana Residency, Mumbai for families in the middle of andheri area. The room we took was a for 3 people capacity with sofa bed and king size bed however for mumbai standards the room was really quite spacious. Stay was great and checkin checkout was fast and courteous. But the breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Don't expect much there at this point.

Stay was good. Complete family stay. If you are coming for party purpose don't come as property has strict restrictions on alcohol and smoke. Location fine. Staff good. The interior is also good. Neat and clean. Service also quick we can strongly recommend it for family stay

Very good and excellent service by staff. It was last minute booking but we got very good one. We will definitely refer to anyone and will visit again. Prompt service, clean room.

Property location is excellent and rooms are really good

Rooms were clean but bathroom had stains all over and toilet lid was very dirty. No alcohol consumption or visitors allowed. Food was simply amazing and very reasonable. Service is good too. Try their pane-er dishes!
