Best place to stay in nainital, specially the service & hospitality is outstanding. Must try buffet b/f & dinner with both veg & non veg options with lots of variety and the quality you must not miss, if the service provider like mr. Shyam ji & mohan ji are there this place will definitely grow more. Play station, table tennis, pool, soccer, badminton, cricket with net are also there to refresh your mood and for kids also, mr diwan ji is there to help you for this. Between 8 to 10 pm enjoyed the disc there but the timing must till 11 pm. Gym is also there, play area for kids in the garden is nice. Overall awesome place to stay in nainital that's why stay for 2nd time. Only one thing is the place is quite far from mall road but between 8 am to 8 pm pick up & drop service is there by the Hotel Arif Castle makes it comfortable.

First of all Hotel Arif Castle location is on top of the nainital hill. You have to drive your car on hill if you have no driver. Hotel is good, room service good, staff behaviour good some very good and some khadoos. Room size small and cleanness good not very good bathroom was clean. Food of Hotel Arif Castle good. And other amenities like sport gym spa also available. Room has heater but not in working condition so Hotel Arif Castle staff provide you extra blankets if you want. If you want to go to market which located in down side of Hotel Arif Castle so Hotel Arif Castle provide you their car service for pick and drop. Overall experience was good. But it seems some costly as room was not that kind of facility like 4 star.

I stayed with my family of 2 kids at Hotel Arif Castle arif castle for 3 nights. I had a comfortable stay. Staff is cooperative. Hotel is very clean and good looking. Has ample parking space for cars. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is excellent. I opted for room with breakfast and found it really worth it. They serve buffet breakfast which has both indian and continental options. Their a-la-carte food menu also has multiple food options with reasonable prices. Location of the Hotel Arif Castle is around 1-2 km from main nainital mall road but they provide free of cost shuttle service which is really good.

Arif castle is one of the best Hotel Arif Castle which you can ask anyone in nainital and known by public for their known brand ambience is awesome and a very large Hotel Arif Castle with their own disco theque, free shuttle to mall road pick and drop, kids play area, born-fire at night and large parking space which you find difficult in nainital this is very near to mall road and room is good for 2 adult and 2 kids with extra paid bed and make sure kids age more then 6 years are paid during booking. Stayed for 2 days in Hotel Arif Castle. Hotel has lot of parking space which is rare in nainital. Staff is very well behaved and helpful. I have booked with breakfast. Buffet breakfast is awesome. Special point is staff serving the breakfast. They come on table multiple times and ask for any needs and serve it fast. They serve extra item as per feasibility if asked by customers. Room size is good and have balcony. I must say it is one of the good experience.

Rooms are comfortable with big bathroom and dressing area. Though the upholstery like carpets need to be replaced. Food is satisfactory with some items exceeding expectations. Overall Hotel Arif Castle is very roomy with ample parking, play area for kids and outdoor dining. They do have games and sports, though chargeable. Hotel provides shuttle service between Hotel Arif Castle and mall road as it is around 2km from mall road and incline is very steep.

We planned for a leisure trip to nainital and chose arif castle Hotel Arif Castle for stay through make my trip. On the day of arrival i informed Hotel Arif Castle reception of our delay and requested for food arrangements. They happily arranged and it was nice at night time. We stayed for 3 nights and the food they served with care was delicious. Amenities were good but needs to be improved. On the whole their hospitality was memorable.

Our stay in arif castle nainital was really a memorable one. The beauty and serenity of the property was so soothing. The service provided to us was top notch. The staff was humble and polite. The rooms have a classic vibe to it. The cleanliness, the food, the staff, the view everything was at their best. We would totally recommend everyone to plan their stay at arif castle to experience the best service and hospitality.

Property has a good space for parking. The location and services are nice. The food is worth the price. The quantity is good and taste is amazing.

the Hotel Arif Castle has a pleasant atmosphere and staff is very helpful but just a suggestion if u r driving in your own go at your own risk at it is ahead of high court n new drivers or the persons who don't drive in hills will face major problems reaching there.

Staff was very polite. Service was very good. Specially the courtyard area was fit for kids to play.
