I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Arihant Palace arihant palace! the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment i arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the comfort and amenities i needed for a relaxing stay. The Hotel Arihant Palace's restaurant served delicious cuisine, and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each day. What truly stood out was the stunning view from my room, overlooking the city. Booked this Hotel Arihant Palace on a visit to mata vaishno devi. It is near the railway station (5mins) and they allowed an early check-in. Fast check-in 5mins. Has a lift also. Good clean room and toilet ( jaguar fittings. The bed was clean and good. Great indian breakfast which was like home cooked food and no acidity afterwards.

Had a very nice stay in the Hotel Arihant Palace arihant. Rooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. Staffs of the Hotel Arihant Palace was very cordial and polite. Great stay. Price of the room was also affordable. I will recommend all my relatives who visits katra to stay in this nice Hotel Arihant Palace

Near to railway station and easy to go banganga, cooperative Hotel Arihant Palace staff and receptionist sonia very well behaved and helpful for tour information, room was clean properly was well mentioned but room size little small, food was average but food price reasonable. Over all nice stay

Location wise ideally situated on railway road near station. Food was outstanding, freshly made and served in large quantities. However the maintenance of facilities flashed on the required and a hot kettle to be provided in the room. Staff were well behaved and cooperative.

Location is close to railway station and main market is also at the walking distance. Food quality and taste is good. Hotel staff is well behaved however some of the reception staff requires improvement. Hotel is equipped with cctv and hence no major security concern.

Hotel facilities are good. All staff are very co-opreavtive. Just want to add on due to Hotel Arihant Palace is away from main market and banganga there should be pick and drop cab service so it will be easy for yatries to reach Hotel Arihant Palace.

The quality and quantity of food was also good
Staff manger sonia ma’am was also a good manager and cooperative even i checked in Hotel Arihant Palace they gave me a room without charging and some Hotel Arihant Palaces charge for it

It was nice property nearest to the railway station and 10 minutes from karta market.

Interior are good. We stayed in suites. We are 13 members. North indian food is good. Hotel staff is also more co-operative.

Close to station, easily accessible, quick check inn. Cordial and polite staff. Bfast spread could be better serving same dishes daily is an area of improvement.

Room was neat & clean having two washrooms. Proximity to station & bus stand was also good. Staff was humble & polite. Room service was also prompt.
