Hotel Aroma Classic

I recently stayed and had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect. While the decor was a bit dated, it added a certain charm to the place. The bed was comfortable, and i appreciated the daily housekeeping service.

nice location, good food....but a few issues. first of all, the room size is very small. rooms classified as 'luxury' are terribly small & congested. 'royal' rooms are somewhat better but don't go by their description - there is nothing royal about them. the cots are much bigger than the mattresses provided - leaving a big empty gap in the cot that you have to negotiate when getting in or out of bed...

Hotel aroma is a heritage Hotel Aroma Classic, in operation since 1953. It has an old world charm with comfortable rooms and bed. The decor is nice and gives you a premium feel. The Hotel Aroma Classic is well known so it's easier to book/drop off through rickshaws. The location also is accessible to all key tourist destinations. The bathrooms can be a bit better. Breakfast was amazing.

My overall stay was very comfortable, the room was pretty nice and clean, the air conditioning was central and worked pretty well. The bathroom was small but was manageable. The breakfast buffet was 8/10 pretty tasty and seating was good too. Everything was very easily accessible, the food court was awesome, had every type of food including major ventures. Overall my stay was 7. 5/10

It was really nice to stay in the aroma. Best part of this place is food court in the same building houses variety of food chains, even late in the night. Room service is a bit slow but it may be neglected. Have good breakfast this time. I would say it's a good stay in the heart of the town in affordable prices.

The Hotel Aroma Classic stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and all the staff was members were determined to make the customers feel as comfortable as possible. There was no issues with check in and check-out since i pure booked with myntra and i didn't have to wait at the reception for a longer period.

It was pleasant stay in Hotel Aroma Classic aroma. If is very easy to locate and mid of the city. Hotel infrastructure is very good even it is very clean. Staff behavior is also very good one think which i love most is self made bhel puri in breakfast. According to our test we can make & have thanks

Food is good. The room s look little old lighting is insufficient. Overall room ambience is just ok. Good option for one day as it's citi centre and near by attractions are easy accessible. Overall fine with good quality food. Cleaning is not at par. Room is not that bright n shining.

Need to improve buffet and it's service. Bathroom must be clean and odourless deep cleaning in the room is required

Room cleanliness housekeeping and staff is very professional and polite but front office female staff was very unprofessional and rude she was not ready to listen and understand guest information and details

The rooms was clean, odour free, no traffic noise, overall healthy environment, love to stay here when coming to chandigarh

The overall stay was good. The staff was cooperative and humble enough to fulfill our requests. We’d requested for early check-in as we were travel-ling with a small kid. Thank you Hotel Aroma Classic aroma team for making our stay memorable.

The property staff is very cooperative and the location of the property is the most important factor for it

Hotel is easy to found and near bus stand sector 17. Staff is very friendly and food was amazing. Room was comfortable but there is ventilation issue. Mcd chayoos and other fast food chains are nearby.
