It is a below average hotel. rooms were good looking but not properly cleaned, cockroaches n lizards were roaming around so if you are comfortable with all those stuff you can book this hotel. no buffet service for breakfast, a set menu is there n you can choosefrom that menu which has less options. pillows n bedding were also so uncomfortable. Bhut ganda

in sirsa i searched lots of hotels but as per pics & review I thought this was ok,but during my stary in this hotel it was just an ordinary hotel as whatever amenities shown in MMT some of that are not offering example in delux room kettle was mentioned but they don't provide also when I asked for same they said they will remove from make my trip but they can't provide.same in washroom just soap & shampoo was there no dentle kit. also water bottle was chargeable even they don't offer single water bottle at the time of check in. another is breakfast only two option is there just you can eat paratha or you can eat bread no poha,no eggs,no south indian ,no fruits. so overall not good exp

rooms are dirty and with lots of smell, bed sheets and blanket covers dirty. paid charges for water bottle, if u include breakfast with room . then he gives u only paratha and sandwich.no other option. staff cant cooperate with u.

i would like to suggest to all business travelers, please don't book this hotel next time because they are making fools for everyone. like. room service is very poor room deluxe but service third class The room and washroom are very dirty The name of breakfast makes fools aalu partha dhabha wale and diner only thali unused . We were offered a room in dead space of the hotel,on the backside of kitchen in basement whereas rooms were on second floor The whole night DJ was playing till 2.00 am and despite our several requests to either lower the volume or This is the second time we have experienced the rooms booked through your organisation are not given importance.The guests are taken for granted.

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the food served was quite good. However, i was disappointed with certain aspects of my stay. Firstly, the room service was not up to the mark. Requests took a long time to be addressed, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the hot water supply was inconsistent, causing inconvenience during my stay. I also noticed that old and worn-out slippers were provided in the room, which did not match the standards expected from a property like yours. Unfortunately, these shortcomings made my stay less than satisfactory. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the services to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The room is still being painted, the mirror is damaged, the bathroom doesn't have any enclosures, the shower fitting is rusted, the towels are smelling, the almirah rod is damaged. The TV is not working...the lights are not not working properly. Also saw a mouse running around in the restaurant during breakfast. As I have paid everything in advance, now they don't seem to bother or give me other room.

Room condition was not good. Behavior & response of hotel staff need improvement. .

The hotel room was not clean at all. I could find bugs inside the room even when i entered the room. The room was very dirty. The floor maat was completely black. Even after talking with the staff nothing seems to be done from there side. Only thing which was good is food

Provide garbage kind room to us. Dirty rooms. Ac sounds likee motor vehicle. Whole night disturbance. Bad amenities.

Good location and restaurant ambience and food was nice. Needed improvement in cleaning. The drinking water glass was covered with a cover, but the glass was unclean and had hand prints. Monitoring seemed to be lacking.

Staff and all the seevice was really nice. I’ll recommend my friends to stay in this hotel if you come to sirsa.

The hotel was okay, it could be better regarding service, cleanliness. According to the room and it’s condition, the price is on a little higher side.
