Worst bed sheet and mattress were not clean at all it was dark coloured , the property was fumigated for pests and could bear the smell at all I booked stay for 4 nights didn’t stay for a night also

No proper maintenance of room and no proper response from the team. Cockroaches roaming around the room

We booked and then called the hotel. Hotel employee told us there is no room available for next 2 days and asked us to cancel the booking. Makemytrip has no tracking machanishm on tracking hotel room availability and accepts booking with room available. Even money is as collected and no option to raise the issue or call anyone. I don’t know what to do

Very old hotel, no room service, not clean or hygienic took very long for check in do not clean rooms on time

I booked 2 rooms in chennai arun international, but due to 1 urgent work i can't able to check in on that day the payment amount also non refundable so thatswhy i totally upset with this booking.

Not worth the money. The rooms are not well maintained for the price they take.

Very small rooms with poor sanitation washroom, no in-house restaurant still offer complimentary breakfast

Remove Arun International and keep as Arun local stay

This hotel is located in the prime travel location of Chennai and is walk-able distance both from the Government and private bus stands.

Ac water leakage, bathroom water flashing not good, not coming hot water.

Was quite disappointed with the Hotel and the condition of the room. Luggage rack was toppling and almost fell on my leg. Overall not Worth the amount they charge
