Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency

We were here for the tournament purpose and liked the Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency. Staffs are very well mannered. There was a buffet breakfast and it was very good and tasty. This Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency is vegetarian but there is a non-veg restaurant adjacent to the Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency with the name of anifa biryani, which is very good. Just one problem we faced. Selected for a non-smoking room but other guests were smoking in the passage area which was very irritating for us because we don't like smoke. When i complained about this to the reception, it was told that your room is a non-smoking room but in the Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency it is allowed. I couldn't understand the logic of this because if someone smokes outside my room obviously smoke will come in the room. It would be better if they smoke in their room. But after my complaint i didn't face this issue again. May be they conveyed this to the guest. So overall we liked the Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency and if come again will stay here only.

I resided at arunachal presidency, wallahjah road, chepak, chennai for two days. This is well located, neat and clean, healthy atmosphere and well ventilated residency. The behaviour of the staff were excellent. The room service, restaurant, and house keeping was extremely good. But at room the provided two single beds in stead of one double bed. The width of the beds are too short and not comfortable. The drinking water should be supplied round the clock with free of cost. I wise bright future of the residency and and advised to enjoy their trip through this auspicious residency. Thanking you all for your best service.

I stayed here with my family for 5 nights. Everything i found satisfactory but one or two things came to my mind that room service as per rule, not the owner are obeying, in 5 nights, the room cleaning staff did not fingered the calling bells, and another one is in 4 the floor wifi is not stable requires higher capacity router. I request to make-my trip, please try to rectify first so that guests are not facing these. Thank you make my trip team for booking

The location, the breakfast, food and rooms are better than average but the kept electric kettles in the rooms are not for making tea/coffee! i called up the Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency from kolkata ab out the availability of the tea makers in the room and they said all the rooms are having kettles; it's true but when i tried to boil water the electric connection of the room was fused and their manager told me that making tea/coffee is not allowed!

They kept me waiting for half an hour for room preparation although i had checked in at 9. 30 pm given a standard room although i had booked deluxe room than they had prepared the deluxe room it took 15 minutes, poor management at reception. Food was excellent breakfast fast was excellent. I had booked the Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency for 3 days first day they had not cleaned the room second day cleaned only after asking to do so

The Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency is located at the prime location in the city. Well maintained property. The price is competitive. There was an error in your system while i input the request. I wanted one room two guests. But while checking in i got information that the booking was done for single guest. I have to pay the difference without any discount. Hotel was very stubborn on that.

Good Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency, but room service waiting time is more expect that good Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency, good staff, reception staff ranjit and team very supportive and nice behaviour. Near to central station, around 9 minutes, auto charges is very high. Veg and non veg Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency is available. Some power issues also i faced on the same day.

Good, clean rooms, marina beach is 5-10 mins away. Good food at the attached restaurant. Though i booked std room, by giving all the detail like kids age, at reception, i was asked to pay more as i am staying with kids. When i said what i paid is final, he later agreed. This spoils the experience. Except this, overall exp was very good

Location of Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency is in main area and Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency is neat inside and outside room. Complimentary bfast is nice taste worth for money.

Decent place to stay. In house/adjacent veg and non-veg restaurants provide room services as well. Neat and tidy setup…plus point is that its near to Marina and Chepauk stadium.

We stayed here for a night. It was a good experience.

Its good except tv and wifi connection issues. This can be improved as the location of the property is good & on road.

I had earlier experience of staying at same property so this time also chooses same. Rooms were clean and food was better especially breakfast. House keeping team was responding in time. Even i also liked morning bed team. I would say overlll experience was more than good and i would rate 4. 5 out of 5.

Hotel location is very convenient for visiting all sight seeings. Staff persons are very cooperative, polite and soft spoken. Breakfast was nice and serving persons were taking all care. Overall it deserves five star. We enjoyed our stay here and Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency deserves 5.

The deluxe superior room was really spacious than the room i stayed in the same Hotel Arunaachalaa Resiidency during my last visit to Chennai and at the lesser cost , the breakfast offered was really good ... overall It was a nice stay

Hospitable people, good property, good food. Kind staff and they good communication, proper timmings and system for breakfast
