Bedsheets, pillow covers, towels are very dirty. There is no one in reception most of the time, no room service. The hotel is very far from city centre pondicherry. No transport or hotels near by. Bar is there within hotel premises at reception and basement. Very very unsafe for families with ladies. Not at all recommended

The hotel service and room condition is very poor and is in pathetic condition. The bar is just in front of the hotel way and is not safe for families to stay over there. We had a very bad experience. Receptionist was drunk and didn't attend us properly. He went to bar immediately after handover key. We were not satisfied with this stay. I will not recommend anyone to stay on this hotel especially along with family.

An average place to stay

The hotel is fine. The only problem we had was there was no hot water in washrooms. Rest all is fine. Its almost near to all places. So yeah. Just an average stay.

Location is far away from white Town so prices are cheap. Would not suggest for couples or families

Everything is at an acceptable level except the location. Good for bachelor's but not suggest for family and couples unless you are familiar with Pondicherry.

businessPoor room service, unknown person come to my room knocked the door at 12:45 am asking me, I need a cigarette, liquor and Am a local rowdy. In morning I complaint this issue in reception they simple told we don't no sir. I ask them to check the camera after he check he told we don't know who is this.
