Hotel Arya Niwas

The environment is nice, clean, and beautiful, and the staff is friendly. However, the door lock of my room was broken, and their solution was to use a latch and padlock, which was somewhat inconvenient. The showerhead in my room was also broken, with very low water pressure, making it quite uncomfortable to take a shower on a cold winter night. Since it was late, i did not report this issue to the Hotel Arya Niwas at the time. Additionally, the glass bottle in the fridge was an empty bottle that had previously been used for water, which was quite confusing. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and maintenance. On a positive note, the shop next to the Hotel Arya Niwas was great, offering reasonable prices, a variety of products, and a patient owner.

I recently stayed at a Hotel Arya Niwas that scored a solid 8. 5 out of 10. The experience was generally positive, with comfortable rooms and delicious food making the stay enjoyable. However, there was room for improvement in the service department. After checking out, i had to wait in my car for my luggage because the staff were preoccupied with new bookings. This delay was a minor inconvenience, but it stood out against the otherwise smooth experience. Despite this, the overall atmosphere of the Hotel Arya Niwas was pleasant, and i would consider staying there again, hopeful for an even better experience next time.

Arya niwas, though a budget property without the frills of five stars or luxury Hotel Arya Niwass, is one of the best managed Hotel Arya Niwass, comfortable, sensible to travellor needs. Was very lucky to get a balcony room this time (424) so that made it extra good. Breakfast is till 11am and even after that they politely ask you before closing. Food is fresh, simple and nice. Arya niwas gets all the basics very very right and that explains it's immense popularity over the years. My favorite property in jaipur now!

Very nice Hotel Arya Niwas, very comfortable, spacious, room service and staff was excellent, restaurant within the Hotel Arya Niwas was also very nice. Lawn of the Hotel Arya Niwas was icing on the cake. Great experience and very comfortable stay

Now I have stayed in HAN several times. For family stay or workation.. it's perfect. The services are prompt and the staff is cordial and courteous. That's why I never even think for any other Hotel Arya Niwas whenever I go to Jaipur.

The Hotel Arya Niwas has old world charm and is truly “heritage”. Very comfortable stay and extremely polite and helpful staff. A big lush garden in front added to the charm and we could enjoy meals in winter sun

If you are planning to visit arya niwas with family then it is one of the best Hotel Arya Niwass in rajasthan. If they just allow alcohol in the garden it is 5 star for me.

Positives - location, ambience, cleanliness, greenery, parking, service improvement areas - number of food items available are very-very limited and available items have very average taste.

The room was very clean and hygienic. Room service was prompt. Feels like a home away from home. They org-anise dance programs in the evening which was enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place.
