Location is good Food is good. Good Parking

Poor experience, room was not allotted on time, they made us wait for 6 hours, room was not clean, behavior was rude.

Cleanliness: "spotlessly clean," "kept everything tidy". Comfort: "mattresses felt like sleeping at home," "rooms were very comfortable". Amenities: "good facilities," "fast Wi-Fi," "complimentary perks like water bottles, soft lighting, and fluffy robes". Staff: "incredibly friendly and efficient," "staff was very considerate". Overall experience: "Brilliant stay, couldn't ask for anymore," "pleasantly surprised and wanting for more".

Excellent location in the heart of Pune City, Food was reasonably good, very basic amenities & average service.

Bathroom need to be better very bad condition

Location of the hotel is at one of the prime areas of Pune city. Easily accessible and we'll connected with other parts of the city. The staff were cordial and helpful as and when needed. Though the hotel had restaurant at ground floor, whenever we asked for food in the room, it was provided from somewhere else and we had to make the payment to them instead of adding it to the bill. That is not desirable. Rooms are big enough to stay but cleanliness can be improved.

Very good place love it

i wanted hotel room near FC that's why I booked Hotel Ashiyana, AC non Ac doesn't make difference, but hotel staff given us bad treatment for non AC room, They non provid us drinking water when demanded they ignored. Tv. not working. . ( signal नहीं है, सुबह आएगा, फिर पुछा तो नहीं आएग सिग्नल कर दिया.) मैने breakfast पॅकेज लिया by adding ₹400/- for 2 person . Hotel staff बोले की वो पॅकेज मे नहीं है, फिर inquiry किया तो है, फिर बोलते है की breakfast कॉम्प्लीमेंट्री है , मैने बोला की मैने 400 खर्च किया है उसके लिये. Hotel apps से आनेवाले और Non Ac costomer hotel के लिये priority नहीं हैं

the entrance was confusing as it's merged with another hotel and the service was not so good, the bathroom was not well maintained

service was not good, and wifi service was also available which was the worst part

i stayed for a day with my partner and the room is well maintained and clean. although some basic facilities like drinking water etc were lacking it was overall a good stay.

The reception staff was too adamant Ashiyana was the cheapest type of hotel I ever saw hence I again paid in full for Hotel Ashish Plaza which was good.. The breakfast was good

Old but well maintained hotel. Heart of the city. Better for nearby work. Friendly staff. Limited food option at hotel restaurant.
