Hotel Ashwin

No hot water in the shower. Booked room for 3 nights and no hot water for shower. This is completely unacceptable. Given an excuse that there was a technical issue and all other rooms were booked. The staff neither fixed it during the stay nor made alternative arrangements for bath. Booked by makemytrip for a discount and perhaps didn't value the guests for not paying a premium charge. Will never book or recommend this Hotel Ashwin in future.

The food was good and as discussed earlier the location is very good close to the airport.
The Hotel Ashwin is very close to the airport and I would recommend for any transit or short stays. The only negative aspect is the bathroom, it was too small and definitely heavy people will face difficulties to enter in.

Awesome Hotel Ashwin, nice location near Metro station .. Staff is also good. The food & service is good. The reception manager is also friendly. Pick up and drop is also there. Service was satisfactory. Rooms cleanliness was not that good as expected. The food at restaurant is just manageable.

Value for money Hotel Ashwin. Mumbai metro/rickshaw stand/bus/taxi. All with in walking distance. Airport is just 2 km from this Hotel Ashwin. I paid just 60 bugs for taxi. Perfect location and has ample car Park too. Rooms are old but very neat and clean. Good management.

The Hotel Ashwin appears to be a renovated one. Room smells badly. Ok for 1 or 2 days. Service provided by the staff is good. More varieties of breakfast and snacks are to be provided. Not that good for stay with family because the look of the interior is not that good.

Hotel is in very good location near by Marol Naka metro. Staff behaviour very good. Complimentary breakfast is not so good. They poot veg and non veg item in one table. Over all experience is not so bad. I like this Hotel Ashwin very comfort to stay.

It was nice stay to your Hotel Ashwin nice food and staff good to visit again just wait I will be back soon as pick and drop facility was best I want it from airport it's a budget Hotel Ashwin for middle class family everything was good.

Best for couple of days stay, as location is very good being near to international airport. Booked 2nd time and find this place great for overnight stay. Airport drop Service is an add-on to it.

Bathroom fitting like tap and flush are not in condition.

Was upgraded to premier room, nice staff, cleanliness.

Its near to the domestic and international airport which is great.

Neat and clean room, food was also good, staff friendly.

Good room, 12pm check out is expensive. We checked in at 5am for that I have to book the room from the previous day and check out 10pm, pay for full day.

All staff are very friendly especially front office staff MakeMyTrip very special thank you, front office staff.

Staff are good clean and nice one when ever I visit Mumbai will stay here only

Good location to stay, its near to Airport

Hotel is very well located and provides value for money.

Overall the Hotel Ashwin is good to stay with family, it is very near to T2 Airport.

Service is good but quality of food needs to be improve.
