the stay at this Hotel Asia Vaishnodevi by Geetanjali Group of Hotels was good. the Hotel Asia Vaishnodevi by Geetanjali Group of Hotels staff was very helpful and very cooperative in nature, the rooms were very clean and facilities were upto the mark. the washrooms were also very clean, and was having hot water facility 24/7. the only thing which i can pinpoint to the nagative is the quality of shower, which can be better at this price range (mine was approx 3400/- per day inc. tax), other than that, there is nothing to worry about 😀. no

Food is good, facilities from Hotel Asia Vaishnodevi by Geetanjali Group of Hotels to temple till beginning is impressive I was not aware of this but suddenly they told me that we will provide you cab till there. Breakfast was awesome. Food is a bit costly but can be expected the same price in other Hotel Asia Vaishnodevi by Geetanjali Group of Hotelss as well. Room and premises are clean. In short, it was worth. They charged nominal charge for taxi from railway station.

Had nice experience with MakeMyTrip in booking. Staff was co-operative. Had art harsh an with guidance of their driver. Pick up and drop at ban gang a is done by most Hotel Asia Vaishnodevi by Geetanjali Group of Hotelss. So by them too. Swimming pool does not had temp control so was unusable. Room and bathroom lightings need upgrade as it gives a gloomy look. The view of Vaishno Devi hill from room was a bonus though. Food was OK.

I myself am from Hotel Asia Vaishnodevi by Geetanjali Group of Hotels industry and this was almost my 8th stay here in 8 years and they just doing a great job as usual the best Hotel Asia Vaishnodevi by Geetanjali Group of Hotels in Katra truly awesome and fantastic. Very courteous friendly staff and food was also too good and really fast service. Thanks to the gm and all the staff. See you again next year. Keep up the good work.

Room and service was good but they need some improvements: (1)No glass cap over teacups. (2)No sugar salt. (3)No toilet paper and fresh towels. (4)Defective room heater. (5)Tore curtains. (6)Promise to give Vaishno Devi view room. But given normal view room. (7)Rooms are not airtight, always feel cold. These are only improvements. Otherwise, everything is fine and ok stay.

This was our second time stay within this year in this Hotel as a family. The staff is extremely polite and courteous and helpful. The Hotel room (we stayed in family room) is fairly large sized. The Hotel is very well kept it is extremely clean and hygienic. The food menu is elaborate and the preparations are tasty. I personally would recommend this to every traveller.

Hotel stay was good. Room is very clean n hygienic. But double bed is small size need correction. Staffs are very good n room service was good. I would like to give you suggestions for Hotel Asia Vaishnodevi by Geetanjali Group of Hotels admistration. Modify your pool n maintain your pool you hv very good swimming poll. The Hotel has good ambiance, with swimming pool and location is also not very far from main bus stand but it hardly matters as they provide the drop. The cleanliness is overall good but a bathroom needs to be upgraded, has to work on it seriously. Overall the staff is very supportive and also the food prices are satisfactory.

Worth more than money spent. No complaint at all. Excellent service and room conditions.

Buffet breakfast was good but not as per our expectations of the Hotel.

Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Pick up and drop facility was excellent. Person at reception was very humble and good.

Location is good. Staff is very caring. Rooms are spacious. Maintenance needs to be improved.

Very neat and clean Hotel Asia Vaishnodevi by Geetanjali Group of Hotels and the rooms were very nice.

We were a group of 12 in 6 double rooms. Staff is polite and courteous. Hotel provides car drop and also pick up facility and they are prompt to attend for any request.

Wonderful experience and swimming full is also best.

Except for genset not being able to run the aircon in room, everything else was fine.

Breakfast menu need some improvement. Otherwise, everything was good.
