Hotel rooms are very dirty and bathrooms are not cleaned

The hotel was centrally situated in the middle of the main square which made it quite convenient to move around. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Food was great and the staff was really friendly too.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

It was the worst experience as we have booked through mm t with advance payment but at the time of visit hotel staff was unnecessarily created a mess and asked for extra payment. Lift was not working, geyser was not working and also parking facility has not been provided even if it was written in amenities. We have booked for super deluxe room which was too small that you can’t even keep extra mattress properly. It was not at all the good experience.

Very bad experience they hide ac remote and say that this primise is ac free although ac is installed in room. The receptionist behaviour is very abusive and rude they don't give the room i booked and paid already for. And the room was very dirty and room was in triangle shape please don't book any room waste of money

The hotel was not as good as shown in images and room was not well designed. Lift was not working properly. It was expensive according to facilities. But it was at a good location, service was average, cutlery was not properly cleaned, electric ports were not working properly. Ac was too small and not working, and ac remote was also not given we have to use buttons on the ac which can give us a shock

It's very bad experience to stay as service was vary poor as we have to pay extra for just a small tints on bed sheets

Location is good but rooms are not up to mark i have booked suite for two nights food is average bz no juice or fruits servings all fried meals

The best part is it is located at the prime spot in mcleodganj every other place is easily accessible. The view from my balcony was awesome

Hospitality of this hotel was excellent. It was convenient for us to reach this hotel from the parking with its locality and cooperation provided by staff. Rooms and lobby was properly neat and clean. Balcony view is amazing. Property is located the main market so everything was easily accessible.
